Twins Coming Soon

Jedidiah and Katey Duggar are less than a month out from their January 19th due date. That means that their twins could arrive any day. They filmed a video featuring a tour of their nursery and a question and answer session. For those who haven’t heard, the twins are both girls. When do you think these Duggar babies will make their grand entrance?

  4. Really not interested in when any of the babies arrive in that family because it all feels like repeats. All they do is have kids. Let us know when they get bachelor of science college degrees, land 9-5 corporate jobs, or start humanitarian work like with Peace Corps. Otherwise, it's just more news about not believing in birth control. What if that's what everyone did with their lives? There would be no professionals, no businesses, no working people to man the drive-thru windows at the places the Duggars love best. Civilization would wind down. You have to contribute to society, not just produce more mouths to feed, figuring someone else will grow, transport, and sell that food, and someone else will take care of you and all your kids.

    1. Well Anonymous, not everyone has college and corporate jobs in their dreams. The Duggar adult kids are making it just fine....and all without tv money. As for how many kids they have as far as I know there is no law against it. It seems like this may not be the blog for you.

    2. Wow..well there are some people, like you who don’t want kids. However, the majority of people see children as a true blessing, and are so happy for them and their new blessings. Sounds like Jedidiah’s business is going well, glad he shared about that in the interview.

    3. @1:09 Without those "mouths to feed" there would not be workers to run the drive thru windows. Hey these babies do grow up and become businessmen, do humanitarian work, go to college and have 9 to 5 jobs. Weird comment. If people didn't have babies then civilization would wind down. Somebody's got to birth them. Might as well be the Duggars as anybody else. Five 38 came out with a news story that the average American woman will have 1.64 kids in her lifetime. That's well below the "replacement level fertility" of 2.1 required to keep a steady population number. We're actually declining...not even maintaining! I'm glad for people like Jed and Katey. We don't want to end up like Japan whose birth rate is so low and their population so aging they are leading in robot technology because they don't have enough workers to run their society. And furthermore, they don't rely on anyone else to take car of themselves or their kids. I think its pretty obvious they do that. Good grief they are hardly on welfare!

    4. Some work with medicorps who go help with disasters.

    5. 1:09,it would probably be best that you stay away from this website then. It's a happy place that a lot of us enjoy hearing about the families lives. Comments like yours ^^^only leave a sad reflection on you. I wish you many blessings in 2025 that will make you a happier person. God bless. 🙂

    6. @1:09 All everyone else does is get college degrees, and land 9-5 corporate jobs. A family that is constantly having babies is different. That's why i watch them is for the baby news. Also Jed does have a job and the Duggar family surely does charity work they may just be private about it. And since everyone isn't anti birth control you don't have to worry about what you think you'd need to worry about if people were anti birth control. News flash, once upon a time in this world most people did not use birth control. Seriously did civilization wind down, were there no professionals, businesses or working people? No of course not. Jed and Katey, at the very least, are contributing to society a whole bunch of tomorrow's workers. Women like Katey, Hannah, Erin, and Tori are hardly causing a worker shortage at the drive thru windows. If anything, they're ensuring that when the generation they are birthing grows up, there will definitely be no shortage of workers. And furthermore, the Bates and Dugars do NOT figure that someone else will take care of them and their kids. They are hard workers and do their due diligence.

    7. @1:09pm This is a ridiculous comment. If people didn't have children, there would be NO workers to take over from the previous generation. Seriously. Jed has a job, folks. If Katey went to work, she'd be sending her kids to daycare and pay other women to do what she does now at home without having to shell out money for it. Somehow, women running a daycare doing what stay-at-home moms do is acceptable but stay-at-home moms are criticized. Why? Back in the day, MOST women stayed home and had on average 8 children and our country survived just fine.

    8. I’m interested in the babies but only from the girls and John-David. Only the girls were front and center in the tv shows so idont feel like I know the boys. I’ll be interested in the younger girls too, once they begin procreating.

    9. @5:48. "Back in the day, MOST women stayed home and had on average 8 children and our country survived just fine."
Our country may have survived, but many women died in childbirth or wore their bodies out from relentless pregnancies. Even today, the US has the highest maternal mortality rate of any developed country. And the states with the highest maternal mortality rate in the US are the Bible Belt states of Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas. That is unacceptable.

  6. Nice interview. It was refreshing how they both wanted to instill in their children the fear of the Lord. Proverbs 9:10 “the fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom..” I got a kick out of their car seats and saying the “big kids” would sit in the back. They will definitely need help with four little ones, sounds like her mom and sister and the Duggars are all good helpers.

    1. No religion should be based on fear, in any connotation of the word.

    2. 3:52. Yes I love all the verses in the Bible about the benefits of a true fear of the Lord.. that leads us to the gospel of Jesus Christ, and not merely a shallow belief in “religion “. Psalms 128:1 “blessed are all who fear the Lord, who walk in obedience to Him”.

    3. FEAR of the lord?? What a terrible thing to teach children!

    4. @4:33 I don't think they teach them to shudder in the corners in fear. They probably teach them the value of following the Lord and renouncing sin. It's a Bible quote, not a literal statement.
