Happy 1st birthday to Evelyn Forsyth! Yesterday, this adorable little girl turned one year old. She is Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar's 18th grandchild and the 7th in a line of 10 Duggar granddaughters, which will become 11 when Anna Duggar delivers her daughter this fall.

You can certainly tell that Gideon and Evelyn are brother and sister. They both seem to look a lot like their father. However, I am seeing more of Joy-Anna in Gideon than I did before. His smile is just like Joy-Anna's in this picture. Right now, I think Evelyn looks even more like her father. She has Austin's light blue eyes and blonde hair. But kids change so much. I hope the family continues to follow-up with us as the kids get older. They are adorable children.

I really hope I would get to see more of the Duggars family members & extended family members on youtube & hopefully some day soon on tv. I wish they would please put all of the shows from 2004 to 2021 on DVDs. I would really love that. Natasha b

ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Evie,her and Gideon have become good buddies, it's great to see them get on so well as siblings, I remember the episode where they came home from hospital and went to get Gideon out of Jana's car and he didn't want to go home and wasn't interested in meeting the new baby, ha ha, a touch of jealousy I gather, but he was just two then and it didn't take him long to accept that there were too of them little ones now, by the photos we see he seems to be a lovely gentle big brother.

ReplyDeleteAnd JB and Michelle will have 11 granddaughters! My goodness sounds like our family. We sisters have given our parents mostly granddaughters too. My brother is still single so time will tell what his future children will be.
Joy's new cut and highlights are pretty on her. Hope she doesn't scratch kids with those fingernails though. Her kiddos are so cute. All the grand babies are.
ReplyDeleteI don't like highlighted hair in general. It never looks as real as hair with natural highlights which don't occur in chunks. It always looks forced. I also don't think changing one's real hair color is necessary. It shows you can't be satisfied with what you've been given.

Delete11:23, newborns can easily scratch their faces or eyes because they wave their hands around and literally can't control where their hands go. That's what the baby mitts are for. Adults don't have that problem. They can be consciously careful. That is the logic.
DeleteHa! I can't tell you the number of times I've accidentally scratched myself (especially while drying my hair - my poor bleeding ears), my pets, or my husband with my nails, which are natural and very short! Anyone can easily scratch someone else without meaning to.
