On the premiere date of the Duggars' first reality TV special, "14 Children and Pregnant Again," Jason Duggar was only four years old. Today, he turns 20. Happy birthday to Jim Bob and Michelle's 12th child!
Happy 20th birthday Jason Michael Duggar. I have been watching the show since it began and you were only 4 years old. I have loved watching you grow up on TV. I hope the show continues and I can't wait to watch everyone on Counting On. Natasha B.
I have to wonder what they're afraid of by not working for anyone but Jim Bob or his friends. Are they afraid of failing and getting fired? If so, then they need to work on that. Always working for Dad or someone who can't fire you because they're friends with Dad isn't going to help. Getting experience and confidence with your own merits and learning to stand on your own two feet without family there to back you up is how you become a mature and independent adult. I often wonder what the Duggar grandchildren are going to do if the family businesses dry up. Fame is fleeting too and those who depend on it for income often take the hardest falls.
OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE JASON IS 20, ARE U SURE, WOW, I SAW HIM GETTING BORN LIKE FROM 14, BACK THEN, WOW, SO I'VE WATCHED THE DUGGARS FOR LIKE 18 YEARS NOW, WOW, I CAN'T BELIEVE IT, THE DUGGARS ARE THE BEST, I am sorry about the caps, but I just realized how long I've watch The Duggars, for that long, and do U know what, I still want to see them!!!!!!! Please always have a show cause I love to see how everyone are!!!!!!?!!! U guys have really helped me, when I wanted to change, U gave me a blue-print to fallow, (if u will), and I THANK U!!!!! U guys game into my life just in the right time, when I wanted to change!!!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY JASON, U HAVE TURNED INTO A GREAT MAN!!!! I LOVE U 59!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh Jason, Happy Birthday! Please bust out of the mold and go to college. Then a career. And only then get married and only have one or two kids! And spend weekends with them and your friends. Church can be an activity, but don’t let religion consume your life!
Too late. Jason's already "in business" (some sort of construction, what else) and not going to college. The rest of your wishes probably won't happen either.
MO- Wow, 20! Yes, I agree with the original post- Time to leave the nest and start a life of your own. If college isn't your thing, there are many vocational schools where you can become a licensed business owner. Break out from working for your Dad. he has plenty of employees already! :o)
Of course "outside" people tell us what to do - ministers, teachers, friends, counselors, etc. People who observe you in action can have very valid suggestions for you, especially older people who have lots of life experience. When I felt I couldn't talk to my parents, I'd talk to my friend's mother for advice.
4:19, those are not "outside" people, those are people in your circle. The other commenter was referring to random strangers on the internet. That's completely different.
Is this the son who's runing for office? If so, where does Jason live...really? Where does he take his meals and just where does he do his laundry and WHO does his laundry? I bet he "really" doesn't live away from home. It's for the election address only. Their belief system states that ANY unmarried children are not permitted to live away from their parents' home. How is this now OK for Jason to live away?
Well, then the questions asked area bout Jedidiah, the son who is running for office? Where does he actually live,,,etc? Please respond. Good points were made in the post.
Thanks for leaving your comments! We answer as many of your questions as we can, but due to the number of comments we receive daily, we are unable to answer every one. Our aim is to post all points of view, but we do not post anything that is profane, insulting, derogatory, or in poor taste.
Here's hoping that Jason, is enjoying his 20th birthday!!!!
ReplyDeleteHope he has a good one.

DeleteThey have their fingers in several pots, it's not just one business supporting every branch of the family.
DeleteOh my - "Number 12" has a real name!
ReplyDeleteIs he courting Kendra's sister?
ReplyDeleteThere have been rumors, that Jason, and Kendra's sister are courting, but neither family, has officially made an announcement.
DeleteI thought it was James and Kendra
DeleteIt's just a matter of time. She's been around the family a lot.
DeleteLauren is a cutie. That would be fun if she joined the Duggar family.
DeleteJason, James, one of the J boys... Does it really matter? Lauren is bound to join that family somehow.
DeleteShe sure is a beauty! (Kendras sister)

ReplyDeleteWow. I hope you're getting to live your life the way you want and that you let others do the same.

Delete6:53 -- Sounds like you have his life all figured out for him!
DeleteEveryone has their own path in life. Did outside person in your life tell you not to do something?

DeleteMaybe we shouldn't believe random strangers on the internet when they tell us who is outside, either.
DeleteI can’t wait for the next courtship announcement
ReplyDeleteJason is 20? No way!! Where did the time go!!!!
