ReplyDeleteHappy birthday Joseph! Does little Addison have the same Eye condition as Garrett? What is it called? It must be a dominant gene. I am glad to see that it seems to get better with time.
ReplyDeleteGarrett didn't have an eye condition. He had torticollis, which is a impairment of the neck muscles to offer full range of motion, which is corrected by physiotherapy. The neck muscle is stretched thru a series of exercises.
DeleteI think Addison's neck muscles look fine.
Kendra mentioned in one of her interviews that they went to a chiropractor with Garrett, I assume to correct that muscular thing in the neck that made one of his eyes not open fully.
DeleteThe latest picture of Addison had her smile or almost wink, one eye not fully open, but I think it's too early to say she has an issue with her neck just because of one picture.
3:54- How do you know this? If you are a personal friend or medical provider with this knowledge, why on earth would you share this information on a blog?

DeleteWell that's easily predicted,if you want to be really daring you could try 3 kids by his 26th birthday,not so unrealistic,after all him and Jinger and Jessa and Jinger were born just 13 months apart.
DeleteIf I were Kendra, I would not rush. Both her pregnancies were exhausting to her, she was sick. Then she had painful deliveries. And like, she had Garrett, set in the routine, got her body back, was not sick, and 6 month later got pregnant again, and again morning sickness, plus a baby. Unless she really take pride in having a lot of children, it's just like no break from sickness, delivery, weight gain.
DeleteAddison will be 14.5 months by Joe's next birthday. Technically it is possible he can be a father of 3 in a year. Garrett was 17 months when Addison was born. Jessa had Henry when Spurgeon was 15 months old.

Delete3:47- I think the OP knows what causes morning sickness. BTW, having two kids in less than two years is not giving your body adequate time to recover, IMO. If your numbers are correct, Kendra got pregnant the second time when her first was only about 8 months old. But, to each his/her own.
DeleteWhen Joseph was born, Michelle had 7 kids under 7! Josh was turning 7 in March, the twins were just 5, Jill was 3 months short of 4. Jessa just turned 2 in November and Jinger - 1 at the end of December. I can't imagine how Michelle was doing it!

Delete4:48 PM: The 7-year old and the 5-year olds probably could entertain themselves on their own, that would be "help". Maybe even Jill who was almost 4. Don't forget that when Joy was born, Jill immediately became her "buddy" and she was just 6 and a half!
