Mackynzie Duggar and Michelle Duggar
Thirteen years have passed, and the Duggars decided it was time to visit the Grand Canyon again. Pilot John-David Duggar flew some of the family out to meet up with Jana, who is on a road trip. They spent yesterday enjoying the breathtaking sights.

I thought John's plane held 10 people. There were more than 10 Duggars meeting up with Jana on her road trip. Did they have another plane to carry the rest of them?

ReplyDeleteWhy do you need to know? Do you alert everyone as to who takes care of your things when you’re out of town? I doubt it.

DeleteYou don't get "invited" to a funeral. You go because you're related or because you know the family. Anna certainly qualifies.
DeleteRebecca died on Wednesday, they took this picture on Thursday. Conceivably they were traveling or were already there when she died. They could then have traveled to where the funeral was, which likely happened last weekend. If they went at all (this was Anna’s sister’s sister-in-law).
DeleteAccording to the obituary, the funeral isn't until Oct. 11, which would give them plenty of time to get to the funeral in Minnesota.

DeleteWhen you have a zillion siblings, as Anna does, (8), that means every sibling of all her siblings spouses can add up to a ton! If all the 8 siblings married spouses with 8 siblings, that’s 64 siblings of Anna’s in-laws... Plus all the parents... Is Anna really expected to attend all her in-laws siblings functions, whether it’s birthdays, weddings, baby showers, graduations, funerals, etc... Honestly, that’s absurd! She needs to be with her own family and children and just enjoy herself...

DeleteJana was at a wedding in Austin, TX last weekend (Sept. 28th). They were with Laura. Maybe they decided to drive.

DeleteWell, she doesn't have a regular 9-5 job and has the flexiblity to travel that most people do not have. I love to travel and went from one end of the country to another over the summer. I'm retired, so I can do that if I choose!

DeleteShe was at a friend's wedding with other friends, among who there was Laura, who is very close to the Duggars. So she was with very trusted company. Plus, the woman is almost 30, we can all agree that she can go on a road trip

ReplyDeleteHow big is John-David's plane?? It's Jim Bob, Michelle, 6 of their kids, and then John and Anna and their 5 kids. So all 15 extra people on John-David's plane??
ReplyDeleteWe were told it was a 10 passenger plane. Unless there was some seat sharing they couldn't have all fit in it.

DeleteWhy would Anna go to the grand Canyon when she is 8 months pregnant. Most doctors tell you not to fly when your 8 months pregnant. My doctor told me not to go anywere at 8 months because people have the baby early.

DeleteThe good thing about flying on a private plane when you’re pregnant is that the pilot could much easier get you to a hospital quickly should you go into labor than if you’re flying commercial.

DeleteMost women 8 months preg that I've known have wanted to do nothing other than sit with their feet elevated and have slippers and a cold drink brought to them. "Pregnating," we call it. Not flying for hours and walking around a national park.

DeleteThe first time they had 16 kids, and now they brought only 6 kids plus Jana met them there. 8 of those 16 are married now. And they had 3 more. I remember Josiah on that trip, he was talking a lot. And now he is having an own child in about a month!!

ReplyDeleteJust to let any of the UK readers of the blog know who haven’t heard yet, the new series of counting on starts with us on Monday 21st October, which is great as it means yet again we are getting the series only a few weeks later than our US friends. Looking forward to watching what they show from the last 6 months or so of their lives.

DeleteThe paths aren't rocky. They are dirt, and well worn. I am sure if they were concerned the neurons in their feet would fire a message to their brain, telling them not to do so. But if not, perhaps they will read your warning before they go any further.
