Wishing Lauren Duggar a very happy 20th birthday!
The Duggar ladies celebrated Jill Dillard's 28th and Lauren's 20th with a girls day out, which included a meal at one of their favorite restaurants (can you guess where they went?). If you are wondering who the "extras" are in the photo below, they are the Swansons (Lauren's mom and sisters).

DeleteThey only eat at 2 places, Marketplace Grill so they can get those free Chocolate Messes, or Chick-Fil-A. As usual, there's also a Baptist connection with Marketplace, if you dig deep enough into the chain of command. Just once I'd like to see this family patronize a business run by someone not exactly like them. I get the feeling this is always under Jim Bob's direction.

DeleteYes, Target shows so much compassion and caring to their women shoppers by allowing men in their dressing rooms and restrooms. The women who have been unwittingly photographed or accosted at Target since they started that policy are feeling the love.
Delete@1:35- Please share with us the statistics, other than far right FRC propoganda, that support your claim about women being photographed/accosted at Target stores. FYI- Transgender individuals are no more a threat to you than anyone else. Furthermore, in all likelihood, you've shared a restroom or dressing room with a trans person in the past and were never aware of their presence. Sure, there could be a dangerous man dressing as a woman in order to gain access to a woman's restroom. That doesn't mean he's transgender. He could do this regardless of any policy.

I may not agree with a lot of the Duggar stuff, but as someone who has had multiple miscarriages, I can't imagine how she feels that everyone is calling she is pregnant every 2 minutes. I hope she has no future issues, but if she does, being asked every 10 seconds doesn't make it any easier.

Even if you are a family friend the decision to announce anything is down to the couple themselves, & after a miscarriage they may not want to say anything publicly till after 3-4 months. Please do not start these awful rumours, they are extremely hurtful to a woman who has lost a child & if indeed there is no substance in the rumour how do you think Lauren will feel ? Please be more careful with your words & let’s all stop continued speculation about what women in this family are pregnant. ReplyDeleteTotally agree anon 5.37. Lauren is my fav Duggar female in law. I love watching her on tv & hearing about her & Josiah’s life together. They make a lovely couple & I wish both of them nothing but happiness. Like so many posters have said Lauren is beautiful, she has a gracious happy smile that comes from her eyes (a sign of true happiness & contentment). Josiah choose well when he fell in love with Lauren & her parents must be proud of her maturity & how she has dealt with being thrust into the public eye. Not everyone so young & not used to such public scrutiny could deal with it as well as Lauren has.

ReplyDeleteI can understand Joy not being there if she had other plans or something, but it's weird that we don't see Jenny and Johanna as all the other Duggar girls look to be there. (Minus Jinger of course being out of State)
And it would be odd that just those 2 were off camera when they made an effort to capture everyone else at the 3 tables...
Maybe Jenny and Johanna had other plans too.
