    Happy birthday Ben. I can’t believe your only 24, your just a few months older than my own son & your almost a father of 3. You seem a genuinely nice guy & wonderful husband & father, hope your day & whole year ahead is special for you.

    I didn’t realize how young he is. How was he able to convince JB that he had the means to support a wife and kids, when he must’ve been only 19 when they got married? Does he have a career of some sort other than reality TV?

      I think he works as a tutor for Michelle and does reality TV.

      Jimbob must not have had his questionaire back then, otherwise Ben would not have passed the test lol! Ben was studying online with the Moody Bible institute but had transferred to Crown College, last I heard he was home schooling the younger Duggar children so not sure about his pastor studies now.

      He looked way younger than his age when they were courting. Being a married almost father of three has aged him quite a bit Twenty-four seems awfully young to be a father of three.

      Ben and Lauren are not part of the birth order of the Duggar family so they can’t have a number. There is no ill intent. Some people will complain about anything and everything.

      I agree OP. It bugs me that Duggar birthdays always get a birth number put to them. They have perfectly good names and it's silly to call them a number!

      Not everyone is a long-time Duggar watcher. Some may appreciate knowing where they are in the birth order. It's not like their names are kept out of the birthday posts. Why make a big deal about it?

    He is so young to have three kids! Nobody even knows what his job is. Mystery job. Maybe he works for the FBI! Or the Men In Black? Or they are living off TV show money.

      He is awful young to have 3 kids. I just don't understand it. Tho the kids are always smiling. In this day and age to keep having kids is just sad. I really for the adult children to meet other Christians that think having too many children is a sin.

      Keep having kids is a blessing if you have patience and a desire to have many. If not you would feel like the old woman that lived a shoe she had so many children she didn't know what to do. Jane

      @5:44- It's not sad when someone is honest about how they feel about something. Not everyone agrees that having a lot of kids is a blessing and in that case, it's best that they don't.

    Is it just me or is it silly that these 3 Duggar Birthdays (Jill, Ben, and Lauren) add 4:
    Lauren just turned 20
    Ben just turned 24
    20 + 4 = 24
    Then Jill turned 28
    24 + 4= 28
