Grandma Mary Duggar is blessed to have 20 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. (It won't be long before her greats outnumber her grands!) Here's a sweet picture for you of almost-four-month-old Felicity with her mama and great-grandma. All it's missing is Grandma Michelle Duggar, and it would be a four-generation photo.

They are so lucky that they have grandma Duggar still taking such an active role in the family, she seems such a blessing to them all, wish I had my parents around & my children had had the chance to grow up with grandparents, they bring so much to a child & the relationship they have together is such a joy.

DeleteYes. Michelle had two miscarriages. I never hear them mention the first one. However the second one was named Jubilee. I think Shalom was the middle name. They do talk about Jubilee sometimes.
DeleteThe blog was referring to the living Duggar offspring. They never mention Caleb who for some unknown reason wasn't given a "J" name. They do talk about Jubilee Shalom. That miscarriage happened while they had the TV show.

DeleteI remember reading somewhere that after loosing Caleb when JB & Michelle got pregnant again with Jana & john they decided to use J names just incase it was all the children the ever had & they wanted them to have the same initial (obviously already having josh). Up till that point of loosing Caleb I don't think it was something they consciously considered. I maybe wrong in this but I'm sure they spoke about it in an interview too. I'm sure Ellie will know if iv dreamed this somewhere but im pretty sure that's why their second baby didn't have a J name.
DeleteI believe that the first miscarriage happened early in the pregnancy. They don't know for sure that it was a boy. The kids decided to call that child Caleb.
DeleteJubilee was farther into the pregnancy and stillborn. Plus all the kids were born by the time of Jubilee so they remember more. The Caleb miscarriage happened after Josh but before Jana/John.

DeleteIt's not an unknown reason why Caleb doesn't have a J name. He was only the 2nd baby, and they hadn't decided on the J theme yet. Besides, Caleb and Joshua were contemporaries in the Bible, and a number of parents have named 2 sons Caleb and Joshua.

DeleteI have long hair (hip length) and I don't agree with you about their hair. The Duggar girls all have nice hair and I think it looks good. As for rude comments, I had a woman once ask me how I washed my hair. I explained to her that I used water and shampoo. lol
DeleteThat’s really rude. She doesn’t even look tired in this particular picture, and her hair is styled beautifully. If you have long hair and don’t take care of it, then yes you probably need to get it cut, but Jingers looks great!
DeleteAll the girls look cute regardless of how they wear their hair. No reason anyone should give up their enjoyment of their hair style because of a stranger's preference for something else. There will always be someone who doesn't like the hair style you do, whether you wear your hair long, short, up, down, coloured, natural, curly, straight. And 2:59 is correct. It is poor behaviour to tell someone they "look tired'.

Delete11:32, you can’t do that if the hair has tons of dead ends and for a few of them it’s very obvious to see that their hair does. Jinger and Jessa both have gorgeous hair, and so does Jana, but she doesn’t keep hers as long as her sisters do.

DeleteTelling someone they look tired is rude. It's like telling someone they look fat. If they are tired, you have no idea why, and you're not telling them anything they don't already know. There are any number of reasons why someone is tired- illness, stress, losing sleep over a sick loved one, recent trauma, new medication... the list is endless. As human beings, we need to do what we can build people up, not tear them down.
