In celebration of her 11th birthday, Jennifer Duggar had a party with family and friends. For entertainment, the Duggars set up a bounce house in their yard and their famous, homemade water slide on the hill in front of their house.

DeleteI am a fan but concernt about her. She is always so sad. I think it is hard to just be the 17th and not really special.
ReplyDeleteHow in the world would you be able to say "she's always so sad"?? First you don't personally know Jenny I'm assuming, and secondly I'm sure you know every child in the world is different with different personalities. The Duggar's have said on the old 19 kids show that Jenny is more serious than her siblings. That is her nature. So being "sad" and being serious are two totally different things.

ReplyDeletePlease, Ellie, if the lady on the bottom right is actually carrying a baby in the pink sling. Please, please, let her know she's carrying her baby unsafely. Having an infant in a cradle carry like that can cause the child to suffocate. I've been babywearing for 9 years. Trust me, I know how to babywear safely in all kinds of slings, wraps and carriers.

I'm not trying to shame the mama, a lot of people simply don't know they are wearing their infant wrong, or they've been given wrongful information on how to use the sling when they bought it.
I just want her to wear her little one safely and avoid risking her child's health. If she is indeed carrying a child.
What a big party for an 11 old. That bouncy house would have been a blast! You can tell all of the Duggar children are loved and have such wonderful parents. Happy belated birthday Jenny!

ReplyDeleteShe’s had 5 kids, and is probably still carrying some weight from her last pregnancy. It’s rude to ask if someone is pregnant, wait for them to make an announcement themselves.

DeleteMichelle liked her hair in the episode where she cut it but was very nervous to show JB- then she arrived home and they all lined up and just stared at her. JB said her didn't like it si she did what he wanted. As for clothes she also dresses to please JB- perhaps she is finally finding her voice
DeleteWhat's up with Michelle's recent clothing and hair makeover? It looks similar to the one she was given a few years back and said she hated - reiterating her preference for the foofy perm mullet and saying it was what Jim Bob liked. What gives?
ReplyDeleteI wonder if all the recent weddings with so many younger mothers in law (kendras and Laurens) have made her Michelle feel a little insecure, she is also at an age where some women can feel a little lost style wise. I am glad to see the changes, although some of the dresses she has been photographed in recently don't really flatter her shape, and make her appear 'thicker' around the waist.
DeleteMichelle looks like she’s gained quite a bit of weight. I’m not criticizing as it happens to most of us in our 50’s. I’m wondering if she’s just trying to figure out the best way to dress appropriately while still be somewhat youthful. I know first hand how challenging it is, and she always looks pretty.

DeleteI think Michelle looks great and has decided to enjoy life by just being a Mom and Grandmom instead of always trying to look look a certain way for the cameras. She looks so much more relaxed now and happier. Mrs. Bates always looked like Michelle does now, happy and relaxed.
DeleteShe does look heavier but so what? I do think cutting her hair a bit would give her a more up to date look. Long hair ages women at a certain point but shoulder length would look good.

ReplyDeleteTo the Aug. 3rd Anonymous, who asked if Michelle was pregnant. There was an episode of 19 kids and counting, where Derick and Ben, who had just started courting Jill and Jessa, were helping the kids, put on an Anniversary Dinner, and Show, for their parents. In this episode, it was revealed that Jim Bob and Michelle, had gone to a fertility doctor, to find out, if there was anything they could do, to help Michelle, get pregnant again. When the doctor, called Michelle, with the results of the testing, it was revealed that Michelle had started Menopause. Thus, it is extremely unlikely that Michelle will be able to get pregnant again.

ReplyDeleteI would suggest that perhaps Michelle has moved on from "just being a mum" to taking a little more interest in herself now that she has stopped having babies of her own and has grandbabies to enjoy. Most women who have had children go through this season of life.... and it does take a while to get back up on ones feet after one is "finished" having children. Good on her.
