Gideon Forsyth just turned five months old, and his little smile is contagious. Yesterday, Joy and Gideon brought lunch to Austin, who was at a job site spreading a large load of gravel, and then ended up staying to lend a hand. As fans know, Joy has always been a bit of a tomboy, and she doesn't shy away from hard work. Looks like Gideon is having a blast, as well.

I really hope she doesn't as she needs to give her body time to recover from her first pregnancy and c-section delivery.

DeleteWell they should really wait the recommended time frame to help prevent another c-section. That can only be done by purposefully postponing the next pregnancy. We just don't want her or her family to suffer complications.

DeleteNo he doesn't have any clothes on. He is not in a plastic car seat but a little seat for a pool. He most likely had been to the pool with his mama and she took his picture. Nothing wrong with that! Geeesh!

11:50, he was perfectly safe, and maybe she likes to bring him with her, and Austin likes to get to see his kid during the day. I used to loved visiting my dad when he was working when I was little!
DeleteI wouldn't bring a baby to a construction site where dirt or stones were being moved. Do you know what that puts in the air?
DeleteI doubt it is a construction site in the sense of heavy equipment. It’s just Austin, with maybe a handful of workers, building a house. Austin and Joy are too caring and smart to put their baby in harm’s way.

Gideon is a happy baby. Looks like his dad. Have they stopped doing the blanket pictures at one month intervals? I only remember seeing months one and two.

DeleteHe does look small. Lauren's baby brother Duke is the same age and looks larger and chubbier than him. It's surprising since he was the largest grandduggar at birth.
