Weight, partially around the belly is a big indicator of heart issues, yet when women turn 30, their bodies hold more fat naturally due to metabolism and hormonal changes. Many women beat themselves up emotionally for not "bouncing back" like they did in their 20's.

Anna is a natural beauty. Her sweet heart shows up in her pretty face. She has gorgeous kids and she has a gift for style. She looks so elegant in what she wears and her kids always look so cute the way she dresses them. She is one of my favorite.
