Duggar #13 Turns 16

Wishing James Duggar a very happy 16th birthday and year ahead! James is the 13th Duggar child to celebrate his sweet 16.

    Happy Birthday James! Watching your family grow has been one of the best things in my life because you all are Christians and live in a Christian way!     so sad that we no longer can share these Duggar milestones via the show. we miss seeing ALL the Duggars. Happy Birthday James!! also thanks to lily and ellie for keeping the fans updated on all Duggar news and events.

    It is absolutely vile that Josh has filed a new lawsuit alone to profit off what he did to his sisters and the other girl. How can anyone defend this family's actions any more?

      Anon @ 4:55 Josh did withdraw from his sisters lawsuit following a lot of criticism from the public. He has now filed a lawsuit of his own against Intouch magazine for invasion of privacy. I still think its morally wrong to try and profit from something he caused in the first place, also interesting he isn't suing the police this time just the magazine.

      I do not understand this new lawsuit. Seems that if he's suing a tabloid, then he should also be suing the people who went on TV and spent an hour telling the world exactly what he did and who he did it to. If the tabloid "outed" him and caused him all that trouble, then what did his parents and sisters appearing on a TV show do??? I don't understand how you can be mad about one thing but OK with the other. And I don't understand how you can cry foul after you've done things you shouldn't have done in the first place! If I slam my own hand in the car door on purpose, I'm not going to then sue the car maker for pain and embarrassment.
