Last weekend, Jeremy's parents, Chuck and Diana Vuolo, visited Laredo and attended the Vuolos' church, Grace Community. Chuck, who is also a pastor, preached a sermon.

DeleteBecause she's wearing a dress that's loose around the middle? Jinger is fairly thin so I think a dress like this would be loose on her. I wish everyone would stop trying to guess if she's pregnant. Nothing like questioning someone constantly on their fertility when there could be problems. Why is it women can't figure this out? You shouldn't speculate unless someone has told you they are pregnant. Come on ladies!

These two are my favorite couple. They love on each other and laugh alot, hold hands. Glad that Jessa got a husband that has a real job. Derrick needs to come home and work as an accountant until he gets his health problems resolved.

ReplyDeleteDid anyone watch the sermon Jeremy's Dad preached. Not sure if I am correct but he mentioned there was a baby in the church who was to be born later this year. Wonder if he was talking about Jinger. Could be wrong. I am going to listen again just to make sure I am correct. I try and watch Jeremy's sermons each week. I like him and his sermons.

It is a little odd that the two couples are physically separated, given that Jeremy and Jinger have been married 7 months and reportedly have a very good relationship with Jeremy's parents...unless the picture accompanying this article was taken right after returning from their honeymoon and is not a current picture.

I grew up in Texas and now live in a place just as hot. Many people wear leggings here. You buy the thin kind, not the winter kind. They are cooler than pants and you don't get sunburned.

ReplyDeleteThey are posting a frontale photo of jinger so we stop suspecting she is pregnant but look how thin is compared to mother in law yet her mother law has flat tummy in tight dress and jinger has slight bump in wide dress she was hiding in wedding pictures because che had to turn sideways in many shots and it would nave been more noticable bet she due in november
ReplyDeleteAnon @ 2:13. I have enlarged this photograph and really looked at it and cannot see a trace of a bump. The light coming through the trees is landing on Jinger's dress, and coupled with the line between her and Jeremy might make you think there is a bump but I think that is wishful thinking on your part. Also if she was due in November as you say that would make her four months pregnant, someone as petite as Jinger would be visably pregnant by now and that doesn't appear to be the case. You do realise that all this speculating could possibly be upsetting Jinger, please think before you post.

ReplyDeleteDid Laredo have a cold spell? When was this pic taken? If it was chillier than usual because of some weird weather system like El Nino, then Mrs. V wouldn't have known about it until they got there, since they are from the East Coast. This would explain her sleeveless, cute summer dress. She probably thought it would be hot and muggy. Everyone else is dressed like it was cool that morning. Still, nice family pic!

ReplyDeleteJinger is a young woman in her early 20's, as nice and stylish as Mrs Vuolo is Jinger does not want to be dressing like a 50+ woman. We all have made our fashion mistakes (think this might be one) and looked back and cringed. I am sure Jinger will do the same in years to come.

I'm not a public figure, but I would hate it if people commented nit picky, rude things about me or my family. Jinger looks adorable. She'll announce in her own time if she's pregnant. Cut the poor girl some slack!

DeletePerhaps she gets cold in the church building, and rather than complain, she dresses accordingly. It is typically hard to regulate a building's cooling to suit everyone.
ReplyDeleteThey must have a hefty a/c system if it gets that cold in that building. Single pane glass, no storms, looks like the windows would leak... I don't know how they'd get it cold enough to need almost a turtleneck and leggings.

ReplyDeleteI get that Michelle and Jim Bob made a big deal out of having their girls covered collarbone to mid-calf (changed to knee) and in doing so, invited scrutiny and criticism when the girls "break the family rule". The world's seen a lot of fake Christians, so you can't blame people for being skeptical when a Christian's behavior deviates from what he/she has publicly proclaimed as a standard for behavior. Me personally, I don't care if the girls wear pants, a skirt, or a dress as long as she's modestly covered. I'm not a die-hard Duggar fan by any stretch, but most of what these young ladies wear (pants or not), they're still more modestly dressed than 95% of females 35 and under in America (except for their tight t-shirts to proudly show off their pregnancies- they have enough money to afford clothes that fit a pregnancy). I never have to worry about the Duggar boys walking around with pants baggin' and saggin' or their underclothes hanging out for all the world to see like it's an accomplishment.
