For those who expressed concern over the somber picture we shared of 11-week-old Henry Seewald on Monday, this video should assure you that he does engage with those around him. And his little smiles are absolutely adorable!

Duggars in Big Sandy, 2017

The Duggars are spending the week in Big Sandy, Texas, at the annual family homeschool conference. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their 19 children have attended this event for many years, and they always love catching up with old friends and meeting new ones. The conference features age-appropriate activities and inspiring messages for both children and adults.

Grandma Duggar's 'New' House

Those who have been asking for new Counting On footage will enjoy this video. As a child, Jim Bob Duggar lived in a log cabin style home with his parents and sister Deanna Duggar. Grandma Duggar recently sold the property that it sat on, so her son and grandsons moved it to their property and are fixing it up as her residence.

Henry Seewald's 11-Week Milestone

Henry Seewald is eleven weeks old today, and he weighs nearly 16 lbs, which means he has almost doubled his birth weight of 8 lbs, 11 oz. Today, Henry sat up in the Seewalds' Bumbo seat for the first time.

Ducklings

Last week, I was invited to breakfast with our pastor's wife and daughter. We had a great time chatting, and just before I left, they showed me the latest additions to their family: five baby ducks! They were simply adorable. They have raised ducks before, and they plan to keep them until they are full-grown and then hand them over to a farm.

The pastor's wife told me about the ducks she raised when she lived in a different state. When they had grown big enough, they would follow her down to the creek to go for a swim and then follow her back home again. She ended up having to let the ducks go, but several years later, while she was canoeing, a duck came right up to her and followed her the entire time. She thinks it had to be one of her ducks! If we ever own a house with a bit of land, I think I'm going to have to raise ducks. They're just so darling.

Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo will celebrate their six-month wedding anniversary on May 5th. Jeremy is a pastor in Laredo, Texas, and he and Jinger are always looking for ways to serve and connect with others.

The Vuolos recently spent time with Tom and Sheila Pennington. Tom is a pastor and teacher in Dallas, Texas, and has worked alongside well-known pastor and author John MacArthur. How many of you have listened to or read teachings from either Tom Pennington or John MacArthur?

Duggar #12 Turns 17

Wishing Jason a very happy 17th birthday! Did you know that Jason Micheal Duggar is one of six members of the Duggar clan to have Michael or Michelle (the feminine form of Michael) as part of their name? Can you list them all?

Born in 2000, Jason was only four years old when the Duggars' first reality TV special, "14 Children and Pregnant Again," premiered.

Dillards to Return Home Soon

Jill and Derick Dillard just shared a ministry update and new photos on their website. They have experienced both triumph and tragedy, as they see the fruits of their ministry grow, while mourning the loss of Derick's grandpa, who died earlier this month. "Paw Paw" left behind his wife of almost 62 years.

The Dillards recently put on a series of women's conferences alongside a short-term mission trip from the United States. They have also been investing in youth ministry in their area, in addition to other ministry ventures. Jill and Derick praise God for Israel's recovery from a five-day fever.

Jill's pregnancy with "Samuelito," as their friends call him, is progressing well. He is due in July, and the Dillards plan to return to the States soon to prepare for the birth.

Jinger and Jeremy in Sydney

TLC just released another clip from Jinger and Jeremy Vuolos' honeymoon. (We know the wedding was five months ago, but there's no harm in sharing a video.) While walking along the Circular Quay in Sydney, Australia, the newlyweds come across a local selling boomerangs and bullroarers. The crowd stands back as Jeremy tries out a bullroarer (video below).

A small group of Duggars has been in Waco, Texas, this week visiting Chip and Joanna Gaines' famous Magnolia Market. (Have you seen Fixer Upper?) In this extended Counting On scene that has not yet been seen by viewers, the newlyweds visit the historic Australian Heritage Hotel, which opened in 1824, for lunch.
