ReplyDeleteI'm excited about the new season. However these promo pictures that have been floating around are so strange. They just don't look natural at all.
ReplyDeleteI so agree they have came a long way from 14 children and pregnant again.....they got money now honey so much for buy used and save the difference they haven't said that in a long time..the reality fame has really change them !they need more things to chat about I know the parents are in the Show so much but maybe the older kids can share what the parents have taught them other than becoming wife and mothers

DeleteToo late. They had to flash back to Jill's wedding and Jessa's wedding on this episode. I'm surprised they didn't find time to flash back to Michelle's two weddings, too.
DeleteNo because they will show Jinger going wedding dress shopping tonight when wedding was already aired. I hate it when they don't go out of order. They should have showed wedding dress shopping before actual wedding since it happened months before wedding. Oh and next week's episode is of Jessa's ultrasound asking if it's twins when we already know she's not having twins. I want new material and not all about Jinger's wedding. I also want to see the other kids.

ReplyDeleteAustin isn't part of the family; it's weird that he'd be included in a picture of their TV show's "cast."
ReplyDeleteWhat's even stranger is that Joy was in the picture on their family camp's website about 2 minutes after the courtship was announced. There must be some sort of done deal that nobody is allowed to disclose yet.
DeleteAnna and Josh are missing. Anna is very much still part of the cast, since she regularly appears on the show including in the seated interviews and some of the main storylines. And she and Josh are clearly still getting household income from the show. Why leave that part of the cast out of the picture, TLC?

ReplyDeleteSince Austin is in this photo heading, I thin they're already engaged. Time to come clean and state what the present relationship is. Their TV show will catch up and those who want to watch, will watch. These "silences" between shows holding back news and events for TV is so "not real life" and promoting their business, which IS their TV show, not ministry. If it were a ministry truly, the release of information would have nothing to do with TV.

DeleteDo you remember? Jill's preamble to her wedding went on forever as did Jessas. Jinger breezed thru with three episodes so cut her a little slack and enjoy her journey.

ReplyDeleteI'm so disappointed in Ginger lately, her skirts/dresses just keep getting shorter and shorter.
ReplyDeleteWould you prefer they are dragging on the floor? I find it somewhat encouraging that Jinger is showing a bit of independence. She is an adult after all. Showing a bit of knee is hardly cause for alarm.

ReplyDeleteI thought they were on some sort of slanted floor or something, to make everyone on the right side look smaller. Whose fingers are on J-D's shoulder and where's Jessa's left leg? Remember last picture, they ended up with one extra hand or arm, after another bad Photoshop job.
DeleteI wonder why TLC didn't just take several group shots and choose the best instead of doing photoshop. I didn't notice the photoshopping the readers were commenting on until I looked very carefully at the photos. Weird indeed!
DeletePlease cease in using cheap photoshopped jobs. Take a real photo and post IT.
ReplyDeleteI'm afraid you will have to address TLC on that issue. I was over at the website looking at the group photo promo shots. They all looked photoshopped. I can't understand with all the money Discovery Communications make from all their networks and TV shows they can't take simple photos. That seems to be the thing with many of the shows. It's not Lily and Ellie's fault.
DeleteThe oddest thing about the picture is not the Photoshop job, it's all of those kids pretending that they are laughing and dancing and being animated people. Then you get the show, with one of them gagging as a feature. And we literally had to watch paint dry last episode.
ReplyDeleteThe Duggars don't move like they are shown in this photo, nor do they touch one another like they are doing here and in most of the publicity shots for this show. Not natural for them.
ReplyDeleteC'mon John David and Joseph, its time to add another sister-in-law or two to the mix. I think JD is a well-rounded guy and upstanding guy. I admired how he supported Josh yet still showed his disgust and disapproval of his indiscretions toward his marriage. I hope he finds a gal soon! It would be great to watch.
ReplyDeleteYou never know the personal feelings people have toward marriage and family. Just because someone grows up in a large family that emphasizes marrying young and having many children, does not necessarily mean they want the same thing for themselves. I feel sorry for the Duggar kids. They must be under enormous pressure
