How many other people post all of their ridiculous drama on social media sites and no one bashes them. I'm tired of seeing this family bad mouthed. Move on to someone else and leave the Duggar family alone. There are always haters.

ReplyDeleteI wish someone would tell us what's going on with sweet Derick's mouth and jaw. He's been going through this now for years, so I hope he's in the home stretch, but his mouth is still off to the side.

I have had plenty of my own criticisms of the Duggar family. However, I do draw the line at disparaging personal appearance or questioning physical/health conditions. If something is "going on" with Derick's mouth, he hardly needs to have it pointed out to him and is under no obligation to explain things.
DeleteThese folks have chosen to make their lives public, and they get paid handsomely to do so. So yes, it's everyone's business.

ReplyDeleteI agree completely with the comment about Derick's jaw surgery. Why haven't they come clean and just explained the whole situation start to finish and let us know why he's still looks like he's "suffering" through this procedure. They are evasive and secretive about this. We are really concerned about what happened to him, not being mean or insulting the guy,. This is out of genuine concern for him and it's not right that this family ignores the requests for an explanation. Heck, they are so open about private married things, why not set the record straight on this? This has nothing to do with their "married private lives", that they plaster all over the TV airwaves and internet.
ReplyDeleteWe are not entitled to an explanation or details about every single aspect of their lives. Just because they have chosen to share large parts of their lives with the public does not mean they can't keep some things private without being accused of being "evasive" or "secretive".

ReplyDeletePerhaps TLC is behind them not sharing about his jaw. I don't know how much control TLC has over them and the rest of the Duggar family and what they are allowed to share publicly.

Maybe TLC is saving this info to use later. They'll probably be a 1-hr. recap episode about it sometime, or they'll spin off another series about the Duggar spouses...
