-Josie Duggar
We have two TLC webisodes to share with y'all on this beautiful Saturday morning. In the first one, Michelle Duggar and the kids are bustling around trying to finish decorating the guesthouse before the Dillards arrive.
When the Duggars receive word that Jill and Derick missed their flight from Dallas to Arkansas, six-year-old Josie Duggar formulates a plan, telling Joy and Michelle that they should just go pick the Dillards up from wherever they are. The little cuite doesn't quite understand how far Texas is.
In the second video, Jinger and Jeremy part ways after their New York City rooftop engagement. When Jinger returns home, her dad and siblings rush over to admire her princess cut ring.

The wedding must be this weekend! This post is a good distraction so we would think you're home working on the blog. You put Sunday instead of Saturday. Am I right!?? :-)
ReplyDeleteThen Ellie must be blogging from the church, because she just put some updates on, including your response. Maybe the Duggars thought of everything this time and have an internet cafe set up at the reception???! Coffee and computers and Instagram for everyone.
DeleteWhat wedding? Her brother in law's?
DeleteI had the same thought!
DeleteShe's up to sumptin'...hardly a word all weekend, just a few little bits posted... Probably off on some sort of adventure with Mr. H!
DeleteOK, Ellie, confirm or deny! LOL
DeleteI hope the Jinger and Jeremy were married this past weekend. Jinger's eagerness is awkwardly embarrassing to watch. I'm a but frightened for Jeremy!!
DeleteHaven we already seen this?
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen these scenes. I'm so glad we get to see Josie, and Michelle gets to talk a little more. I hope it continues, I love Michelle's wit.
DeleteIs this week the last episode of the season?
ReplyDeleteI hope this blog will be able to keep us informed if TLC pulls the plug.
If this is TLC edited footage, they should have left it in the show and gotten rid of a lot of other stuff.
ReplyDeleteI love Derick, I really do, but I wish he'd drop the girly necklace and bun look.
ReplyDeleteMe too! He used to look so polished and clean cut. Now he looks so unkept and I really think it's a stumbling block to his message for some viewers. We cannot get past the rapid decline in hygiene. I've always loved Derick but why this "sudden obsession" to look like a mountain man is beyond me. I mean even after returning to the states he is still running around looking like that. Glad it's Jilly Muffin and not me. I'd meet him in the morning with scissors and a razor before he started kissing around on me! His mother and brother never look unkept.
DeleteI'm with you! I thought he might being growing his hair because of his stint in Central America---trying to fit in, etc..., but now I don't understand it one bit. Yuck!
DeleteI remember how excited I was to go out on my first real date. No wonder Jinger is so excited!
ReplyDeleteThis show is so boring it's like watching paint dry.
ReplyDeleteNot to me I Love it 😍 I'm so glad it's still on. I haven't missed one episode.
DeleteI agree! I love the jinger Jeremy romance.
DeleteWhen Joy was replying to Josie about the airport that Jill and Derick missed their flight at, it sounded like she said that the airport was "All the way down where Jana lives"
ReplyDeleteDoes Jana live in Texas? Perhaps I misunderstood.
Actually I'd thought Joy said "where JEREMY lives"....
DeleteShe said Jeremy.
DeleteI also have a feeling about this weekend . Any time in November and December will run too close to holidays . Jeremy is a pastor and prob. needs to do a lot in the next two months . Best wishes to both of them !
ReplyDeleteTechnically, the Duggars could have driven all the way to El Salvador to pick the Dillards up. It's a mere 2300 miles (one way). That's nothing for those big truck & RV driving men in the family. Plus they have guns, so they're all set.
ReplyDeletelol
DeleteRoad trip! :)
DeleteJosie is simply adorable. She says it like is. I remember the one episode where Joy-Anna had taken over the task of assigning her siblings with their chores for the year. She went down the list and when she got to the end she looked at Josie and said, "Josie, you are doing, (pause!) Laundry." Well, if looks could kill, that would be IT - Josie wasn't too pleased, no, not one bit. But like a good trooper she didn't say a word and in the next scene we see her rounding up the clothes from the various rooms with Michelle encouraging her along, "My goodness, Josie, you're doing such a good job."
ReplyDeleteI'll never forget this episode, it was priceless!
Wow you seem overly invested in this family. Flame is a Christian rapper if I am correct, or is the issue the race or the type of music that he represents? My children enjoy rap as it is our culture so if they have faith based rap is that not better than 50cent.Flame has no naked women on show and has respect for his wife and the people around him.
ReplyDelete"I used to think that those were for decoration." - Derick
