Last night at 7:29pm, Priscilla (Keller) Waller (Anna Duggar's sister) and husband David Waller welcomed their third child. Phillip Andrew Waller weighed 9lbs 7oz and measured 22 inches long.
In the video below, watch siblings Davia Lynn Waller (turns two in November) and Paul William Waller (turns four in March) meet brother Phillip for the first time.

Congratulations to the Waller family! Best wishes to all.
ReplyDeleteCould not get over how like Anna Priscilla is in her facial expressions and voice. What a neat little family. Love the fact that it is so obvious David is so proud of and totally dotty about his wife.
ReplyDeleteYep, totally dotty.
DeleteCongratulations to Priscilla and David! Catching up to Anna almost!!!! I've heard that they've moved from Chicago to Texas, and their neighbors Robert and Kendalyn are moving there as well, from Chicago. Any chance that the Bates daughter Michael and her husband Brandon are going to move to Texas, considering they all work for the same ministry?
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet family. Phillip is adorable, a big baby!
ReplyDeleteCongrats on your sweet blessing from above! It was wonderful to hear them thank the Lord and just to hear Gods name being mentioned. Sadly that has gone by the wayside with the Duggars.
ReplyDeleteShe looks amazing for just having the baby 2 hours earlier. Wow!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to the family! How sweet! She looks AMAZING for having a 9lb baby 2 hours before this was recorded. God bless!
ReplyDeleteHow in the world do you have a 9 pound baby and two hours later are fully dressed and sitting like nothing has happened???
ReplyDeleteI had a 10lbs 3oz baby naturally with no meds and was sitting in bed within an hr showing to family. I looked tired but it was my first. They say the second labor is always easier.
DeleteI've been in births where women bounce back almost immediately. It's possible :)
3 of my 6 children were home births, you recover so much faster! having a baby is a natural normal thing it's not a medical procedure.
DeleteWomen still die while giving birth. It is a natural thing, but it is not easy for everyone. I had an amazing pregnancy, I was glowing. But if I had my daughter at home, I would have died from the loss of blood before I could get to the hospital. I spent 3 day in ICU. The baby coming out was pretty easy. It's after she was out that everything went wrong.
DeleteSo sometimes, yes, it is a medical procedure. And you never know what to expect when you give birth because everything was fine for me until she was out. It was very scary.
Paul and Davia are so cute. Congratulations to the Wallers!
ReplyDeleteCongrats, love that he brought the baby a toy.
ReplyDeleteI've always said it :favorite couple that has been on the show. I was just looking at their website the other day wondering if baby was already here. God is good 💓
ReplyDeleteWhat a prescious little babe and little family, Paul and Davia are sl cute. 2 hours after a 14 hour labour? Priscilla cleans up real well; she's glowing and is so beautiful! Congrats to the growing family for their new blessing!
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Priscilla looks so beautiful and happy! And that video was taken only 2 hours after she gave birth! How did she look so put together? David looks like a beaming proud new father. You can tell he loves his wife and children just how he looks at them....
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad it was an uneventful and healthy delivery for mom and baby. 9lbs 7 oz and 22 inches is a BIG baby!
Congratulations on the new baby! I love his name. I just wish David would've given Priscilla a bit more time to rest, dragging her (and the kids at 9.30pm) out of bed 2 hours after birth for a video is quite cruel.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly what I was thinking: why the rush?
DeleteTwo hours after birth, I was still shaking and in a state of shock because of the loss of blood I had, and I was still getting stitches. And my baby was just 7.5 lbs hahahaha!
DeleteI had a 6 pounder and decades later, I'm still not ready to go on camera about it! :-P
DeleteRight after giving birth each of my four babies, I called and sent text messages to all of my family and friends. Seriously! The Bible says that there is pain during birth, but a woman forgets the anguish after birth because she has joy that a child is born into the world. John 16:21. I had a vaginal birth with all of them. They ranged in weight from 7.5 lbs to 9.5 lbs, and I needed stitches with all of them. I was blessed though with really short births. Longest was two hours and shortest was 15 minutes...
DeleteAnon, yes the bible may say that, but I can sure tell you that I can't undo the traumatic birth I had, even if my lot sure is a blessing
DeleteI certainly haven't forgotten the pain of giving birth to my children! That verse was definitely written by a man.
DeleteAwww, how beautiful! A beautiful family! Thank you so much for posting!
ReplyDeleteJust curious, does anyone know why they are on the Duggar blog? I know she's Anna's sister, but I don't remember having seen Anna's other siblings. Do they represent an organization?
ReplyDeleteI know she is close to her sister and there were a number of episodes with her in them in years past.
DeleteAll her babies have been announced. Very sweet woman.
If you want to know about Anna's other siblings, look them up. Some interesting stories.
DeleteWell at least they gave that baby a manly man's name so he can grow up to be a man's man, whatever they meant by that statement.
ReplyDeleteI think most people know what a man's man is. It's a common expression.
DeleteI think he meant it as a mans man of God? Like a warrior for Christ? Surely he couldn't be alluding to hoping his son is a mans man i.e. Tough guy with no feminine qualities and completely hetero as not to blur any gender lines...??
DeleteWhat a time for him to make a statement about blurring gender lines!
DeletePoor woman, having to be all dolled up to film this video just 2 HOURS after giving birth..
ReplyDeletePoor woman? You speak as though she had no choice in the matter. She is a grown woman. I'm sure she would have told her husband if she wasn't feeling up to making a short video.
DeleteYou assumed a lot in that statement, like she has no voice and her husband wouldn't listen too her or something. David has adored Priscilla since the beginning, he obviously listens to her and values her thoughts and opinions. If she didn't feel up to doing a video, he would understand. From looking at the video she looks like she's doing fantastic.
DeleteWhat a wonderful blessing. Congratulations and hope rest and healing is in your future.
ReplyDeleteIt's so great to see families spacing their birth's. Provides the time for special bonding without as much struggle and so much healthier for mom.
Spacing? They have three kids 3 or under... Doesn't look like spacing them to me!
DeleteI think that one of these days Piscilla is going to collapse from exhaustion. David doesn't seem to care about HER energy level much from what I can tell. He drags her around the country for 3 months while pregnant with 2 small kids, site-sees, has to film video of all the stops, gets his wife up and make up on for a video 2hours after giving birth? What is wrong with him? I hope she didn't have to make them dinner after that. Wake up David and show some consideration and let your wife take much deserved naps. Others' perception of you will be better.
ReplyDeleteMaybe she enjoys travel.......and perhaps she wanted to see the other children and include them. Why do people assume he was doing these things "to her"?
DeleteU haven't a clue how he treats his wife,he probably treats her like a queen. You cannot tell by a video or what u read, maybe just maybe it was her idea to film this.My family couldn't keep me down after my third, I bounced right back and mine was 9lbs 8oz. Really folks🤐
DeleteI really think David does treat her like a queen and I think she is one of those people who truely enjoys children and being a mother. Her face just lit up when her other children came in the room. She looked a little tired but over all happy and just glowing! And probably relieved to have finally delivered that big baby!
Deletebut then again people will only show you what they want you to see if thier lives on social media so it could go either way to be honest.
beautiful baby and glowing family! I am a mama of six and five born at home. I have also had 9.5 lbs babies, and I can say I have felt energetic and ready to go just after giving birth. It's not until 8-10 hours later that it hits me and my body and I feel just what the baby and i just went through in labor and birth.
ReplyDeleteI am in no way out to prove anything after birth and I rest for a full two weeks in my bed/home. It is so important to rest and allow a women's body to go back, especially during the first two weeks post partum, when the muscles are so stretched out and not able to hold the "insides" of the recovering body in the correct place etc.
I'm sure Pricilla will rest and recover very well. Especially with a loving husband and family all around. Blessing!
For those wondering what a "man's man" is...http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Man's%20Man
ReplyDeleteWhy not filming 2 hours after birth and having make up / well hair?! I know many women who feel very powerful just after giving birth.
ReplyDeletePriscilla is glowing and beautiful <3 all of her expression, handling with her kids, look up to her husband - she is such a ROLE MODEL for me <3
I love hearing her voice, she is so gently and pleasant.
I´m SURE that she will have enough time for resting!
So be blessed, dearest family Waller <3 God be with you!
Priscilla, Paul, Phillip, David,Davia. So I wonder if they plan on continuing to name their sons with a P name and their daughters with a D name. Hope Anna and the kids go visit them
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to them!!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations David and Pricilla!! What a handsome addition to your lovely family!
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious family! Congratulations to them all. I've always admired the Waller family for their Biblical values. I'm speaking of David's parents. They did a great job of bringing up godly children who turned into godly adults. It's not easy when people who don't follow God's Word make nasty comments about their lifestyle. May they all continue to follow after Him!
ReplyDeleteConga
ReplyDeleteCongrats to a lovely family😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇
May you all stay in holy harmonyand safety
Priscilla is so sweet ,just like her sister, and those kids are just adorable.Whats a sweet little family.CONGRATULATIONS!😇🕆
ReplyDeleteI don't understand this video. Who is it supposed to be for?
ReplyDeleteGoodness her and Anna look and sound SO much alike! The little girl even looks like Anna's little girl! I will never forget their wedding episode and how awkwardly he kissed he on camera! It was so hard to watch!
ReplyDeleteMy first baby was 8lbs10oz and I had a 56 hour labour- natural delivery but with an epidural and a drip to move things along. After I had him I literally couldn't sleep I just wanted to watch him forever. I'm pretty sure this mama was super excited to show her los her hard labour in the form of a new baby and I'm pretty sure knowing what lo are like they had prob been awake for some time at 9:30 although being looked after by grandparents! Such a lovely announcement and congrats to them - all looking fabulous!
ReplyDeleteHe was born on my birthday. Yay!
ReplyDeleteSorry ,isn't this the Duggar blog........
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessing for Priscilla's children to have such a sweet mom.
ReplyDeleteHopefully, this is their last baby.
ReplyDeleteGood luck. ;( She`ll probably be pregnant by his first birthday. Baby Waller #4 in 2018, if not sooner. Check out the Maxwell Family Blog- Anna Marie and Christopher Maxwell are hardly ever not pregnant!!!
DeleteWhy??!! Why would you wish that?!
DeleteThat's unbelievably tacky. It's none of our business if this is their last baby. I wish them well.
DeleteHopefully, this is your last rude, uncalled for comment.
DeleteWHAT??? Will the negativity and rudeness NEVER END on here?? Children are an inheritance from the Lord! Congratulations on your blessing! What a wonderful blessing to your family he is!
DeleteThere is nothing godly or admirable about sacrificing your happiness and love to suffer your whole life in a passionless relationship. Young people should be raised to believe that they deserve to be happy, even if that means going against the norm.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet family, they are very tender with each other and their children, and so appreciative of God's blessings.
