ReplyDeleteI just read Jim Bob's letter to Michelle and I wanted to share that, while I don't share the same beliefs and lifestyle of the Duggars (and often I disagree with their strict rules for...basically everything! :), I really like most of his letter to Michelle.
ReplyDeleteIt is really wise. Good advice and good outlook on couple-life.
That's it, I just want to share the positive message that even if we are all different and often believe in different things, deep down if we are people who love one another and try to live life in honesty, love and justice, we have a lot in common.
I think we should all remember that. :)
This is a big off topic and I apologize, but I read that JimBob bought a huge parcel of land across the street, big enough to build several houses. On the episode where Jessa moved to her house he said he lets the kids live in one of his houses one year to get a start, and Jill did move out one year after living in her house. Does anyone know why Jessa is still in the family's house or if Jim Bob is planning to build them houses across the street? Will Jill be living in the nice house they bought next door that has the inground pool or is Anna there? I find the housing with the adult kids interesting. They are very lucky to have such generous parents to give or let them live in a house for free. Thanks!

ReplyDeleteSay it to their faces, guys. They are RIGHT THERE (or in Jill's case, right there by Skype). Do not stand in front of a camera and then post it for the whole world to see. It's a PERSONAL message. These birthday and anniversary videos drive me bonkers! And don't tell me to just avoid them then, because they're posted on every billboard along the Information Highway. You can't NOT come across them.

ReplyDeleteWhy does an anniversary need videos from children- especially children living at home. Does publicity have to be a part of every aspect of the Duggars life? An anniversary is between a husband and wife, not a You Tube promote my family for fame or money event.
