Anna Duggar's brother-in-law and sister, David and Priscilla Waller, just announced that they are expecting their third child in October.
The Wallers, who tied the knot in February 2012, welcomed their first child, Paul, in March 2013 and their second child, Davia, in November 2014. The family of four recently moved from the Chicago Suburbs to East Texas. Check out their announcement video below:

DeleteI agree. It is too early for an announcement. Being so early women are usually cautious. And after having children already why would there be so much excitement ? It's not like it's the first or you have been waiting for so long to have a child. I understand what you are saying. And I agree. You meant no harm. You know, It's funny how times have changed, years ago, women didn't announce it. They just went along with their daily choice. It was just a normal thing, to have another baby on the way. It was your role in life. You were just a stay at home Mom. No big deal. A normal everyday thing.

ReplyDeletePriscilla seems to genuinely have such a sweet nature, but she seems to struggle to put her thoughts together. I'm glad David appears to be so patient with her. They are kind to each other. That's just lovely to see.

DeleteMaybe what she means that they aren't that excited is, it isn't like their first. I understand. When you have already had a few children, it's old news kinda. When my mother was having her first, she wasn't all. It's hard to explain.

ReplyDeleteAfter listening to little Paul's speech on a video, I have to wonder if there's something wrong with his ears. My niece's speech was like that at age 2 and they discovered fluid in her ears & the need for tubes to be implanted. After that procedure, her speech improved dramatically. Before, she was hearing the way you would hear underwater, and learning to speak those sounds. Hope Paul is being screened properly. If it worried me, it should worry a doctor, too.

DeleteThe Morgan family is fans of the Waller family!Youre such a inspiration to us.Priscilla is a sweetheart and David should be a pastor if you watch him speak on youtube he's really good.They are both amazing parents.I loved the episodes with them on TLC.They were in quite a few.
DeleteI loved their wedding episode and their gender reveal episode.My favorite though is this one where Josh was always so competitive with David and Josh paid for this fishing trip and David caught this huge fish and Josh caught a little one.Not to be rude but it was so funny to see David catch that since Josh was always competing with David.

We all have wrong thoughts, say wrong things, and hurt people. Even you. It's also easy to hide behind a computer and judge others while pridefully praising yourself for what you think you are not doing.

It is not wrong when a born again Christian is questioning someone, such as Josh, who claims to be one and does not walk the walk. A Christian has a deep love for the Lord and gives his life as a testimony. Even Josh' s own family have been offended by his behavior. The deceit. We as Christians are often more aware of our sins, because we are aware of how much Christ suffered on the cross for us....we are humbled by His sacrifice for us....We are grateful. We do not judge. We forgive daily . But we do not make excuses for those who claim to be followers but do not show signs of it . We make stands for our Saviour. We are far from being Pharisees. Christian frequently are in prayer seeking God's will and asking for constant forgiveness and we ask for daily wisdom. Always in a humble state such as Grandma Duggar, Michelle, and Jinger Duggar, who stand out in my mind as examples of devout Christian women. Those who do not seek Him nor have found Him are not in constant fellowship with Him. Wouldn't you agree?
DeleteYes, Pricilla does ramble. She means well. She is a lovely person, do they have their own blog separate from the Duggars ? I have noticed the Kellers do talk a lot and do not really converse. They have a need to be heard and listened to. Sometimes it can be draining. But they are a lovely person and a loving person. Not easy to watch on videos though.

DeleteI agree with you. I think it's from their up-bringing--this need to be heard. Anna said once her Mom allowed 15 minutes a week of one on one time with each child. Now I am NOT judging( seems that's the consenses on here if you disagree with something) but as a Mom I can't imagine allowing only 15 minutes a week for my children to " share their hearts). How much these girls must have learned to internalize their thoughts and feelings. Now when they get the chance it just appears to be rambling--like you said not knowing how to actually converse with each other. I agree she seems genuine in her kindness, but can be difficult to watch.
DeleteI don't know. Sometimes we have a habit to copy our parents traits unknowingly. The Keller father often talks endless. Could it be that is how the family is ? They just don't realize they do kinda ramble ? They are nice.

ReplyDeleteYes, I feel that David and Pricilla are striving to live a Godly life, but feel thay are living a family life forced on to them and they are trying to make the best of it. When Pricilla found out she was pregnant with #2 she gave David a card at a restaurant to tell him. Now with #3 she gave him a note. Is she not comfortable with just coming out and telling him?
ReplyDeleteMy comment is only an opinion. I don't know the couple. But when people are filming, they sometimes do things for a show. For.ratings. If she announced each pregnancy differently, then maybe it's for the viewers. Thinking on it...Usually, now a days, a woman takes a pregnancy test. Tells her husband, And then just wait for their doctor appointment and men go with their wives once they have their ultra sound. Right ?
