Last Friday, TLC revealed its decision to pull 19 Kids and Counting from its lineup for the foreseeable future. Since that announcement, the Duggars' web presence on the TLC website has been significantly decreased.
Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their children have developed a close relationship with TLC/Discovery and the 19 Kids and Counting crew since filming for the family's first special, "14 Children and Pregnant Again," began more than 11 years ago. The crew has faithfully stood by the Duggars' side through the ups and downs, and Jim Bob and Michelle have said many times that they are like family.
The network has not officially canceled the show, so there is still time to make your voices heard. We urge you to continue posting comments to our blog and to contact the TLC/Discovery Viewer Relations Department. (Click here to visit the Viewer Relations contact page.)
You can also go to the 19 Kids and Counting page, click the red "Feedback" button in the bottom right corner, select "Show or Network Feedback," and then enter your comments. As fans and viewers of the show, your opinions matter.

Jesus says we should forgive.
ReplyDeletePraying we see them back on the air.
DeleteCMON this show is one of the only reasons I Watch TLC… I hope they show it again because if not I won't be watching Kelsey for a while… A long while 😢😢PUT IT BACK ON PLZ
Delete" except what is, let go of what was, and have faith in what will be "
we want them back they are good people and role mdles for our kiddos we eant Josh back to i eill contuine NOT to watch untill they ALL come back we Love the Duggers and they are the same on or off of tv they sre Sweethearts.
DeleteYes put it back on take Josh off if IT'S that big of a deal. Lets just forgive him and go on mistakes was made he has been forgiven life goes on. Im a big fan and would like to keep watching the duggers
DeleteLet them alone keep them on the air and stop victimmizing the girls all over again. Let it go and it will go away
DeleteSorry to hear this, I love your show. Josh's past is the past. The Lord says if we confess our sins before him they are forgiven. Nobody has the right to judge, we all have made horrible decisions and as long as we learn, ask forgivness from the people we hurt and not do it again, its the past and God has forgiven Josh and its gone. Its sad people aren't happy with their own lives they look to destroy others. Praying for u and hope TLC will forgive too.
ReplyDeleteAs a devout Christian, I am profoundly intimate with the forgiveness of Jesus. I support the attempt to address sin Biblically, as a Christian putting wrong-doing under the blood of Christ. Also, I have been waiting for the media to find something to discredit the ministry and example of the Dugger family. Not exposing a teenaged boy's mistakes to the world is not the same as hiding something or being hypercritical. I see a family who is trying to be true-blue in a very gray and troubled world while working through the same issues that makes all of us need Jesus Christ every day.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't have said it better! Amen.
Deletejust take him off the show, and get the show up an going again, this not right
ReplyDeleteI don't even want him off the show. I want to see what a reformed life looks like.
DeleteConsider it done~ sent in my comments to them regarding the show & I really really hope they keep it on the air!
ReplyDeleteStill standing by the Duggars! ♥
I was actually just thinking this past week how much I like "Mr. Jim" and Scott and others of the crew and how they're in so many episodes and treat those kids/ that family with love and LIKE family, that I'm going to miss them too lol if it does end up getting canceled :(
ReplyDeleteThis is the past but it is a perfect learning opportunity. Our actions have consequences farther reaching then the poor choices we make. More then a decade later, Josh's choices as a teen now threaten the families income, the entire crew is facing job loss and their income, the network has to deal with the fall out, etc. Our choices effect everyone around us. Since I don't personally know all the details of the handling of this, just what thr media has released, I will not judge. We just need to remember to think before we act. One wrong choice can stay with you for decades!
ReplyDeleteIt's been reported that the fam had taken the proper steps at the time and there was counseling involved. They was kids and obviously the fam didn't just sweep it under the rug. The instigator of this is obviously just throwing stones because there is no way anyone is gonna fight for that to be back.
ReplyDeleteKeep them on love the show
ReplyDeleteMy daughter and I really miss you guy's so much.
ReplyDeleteI stand in support of the Duggar family. We have all sinned. God will forgive us all if we confess. I would love to see 19 Kids and Counting back on the air with no members of the cast removed.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with you Kristina! I love the Duggar's and their show is the best. We all have made mistakes that we are not proud of, and we have asked God for forgiveness, just as Josh has. They took what steps they needed to at the time to get him back on track, and he got the help he needed. This stuff happened 12yrs ago, and from what I read it was sealed and expunged and the sheriff had no right to bring it back up after all these years.
DeleteAgree!!
DeletePlease keep all of the Duggars & their show on TV!!!!
ReplyDeleteAt 14, Josh made a bad mistake. Which of us didn't make mistakes at that age. Allow the family to tell us, on air, how they responded and explain themselves. Then let's move on.
ReplyDeletePlease leave their show on as a true Christian you are suppose to make mistakes to learn and grow until you are on the exact path God wants you to be on. You use your testimonies as a Christian to help others in their life path. That's why the Duggars are so great they use their testimonies to help others through their Christian values. So please allow the show to continue!
ReplyDeleteI love to watch the Duggar family but if being in the constant eye of the media is going to hurt their family, I'd rather they would choose not to remain on tv.
ReplyDeleteLOVE the show! Please put 19 Kids and Counting back on the air!!
ReplyDeleteI am not here to judge. I have written to TLC and wish the best for your family. Josh, what matters most what Our Father feels about you. Forgiveness is real and I wish only the best for you, your sisters and brothers and your children. We pray for you in this time especially. The Burka's
ReplyDeleteNo one in this life is perfect. The only one that can judge is God himself and he is a loving being. I feel they should put the show back on the air. I love watching the show!
ReplyDeleteEvery one has a sin, just because he's famous doesn't make him any different. He has paid for his sins now let him be. Just because someone had a stick up there butt and blurted this out doesn't mean anything. After 11 years on tlc, someone spills something that happened years ago. If that's the case, then why didn't this come out earlier?? Leave them alone and out them back on. I love Michelle anf jim bob and the rest of the family. Let it be. If the lord forgave gis sins so should we
ReplyDeleteI support the come back of the show. This occurred during TEEN Years and we ALL do bad stuff during those years (some more extreme then others). THERE ALWAYS SHOULD BE 2ND CHANCES. I am appalled by societies reaction to something that was explained, handled and dealt with. They don't rip into Murders, Robbers, Illegals, Cop haters, like they did with this Family. If this would have happened in last 6 months, I would feel different but, I support the Family and the SHOW and the heck with society- FANS deserve Their show. I prefer Sex Nudity cheating OFF TV and no one is pulling the plug on those. PLZ bring back the show if not on TLC then a station that approves of Christians.
ReplyDeleteI miss the show so much I have been watching for a few years and my daughter watches as well because I want her to learn how to be modest and know that the Lord is good
ReplyDeleteLook why take it off air and punish the rest family and us why not just take josh out of It them please im so waiting to see this weddding and future shows
ReplyDeletePlease bring the show back, since all this mess came out it was good to know that they aren't so perfect. It was a long time ago and God forgave them and we are not to judge so we must forgive and let it go. I am sure that everyone has done something they would love to take back but we all are forgiven in the Lord. We are not the ones to judge. Please put them back on air.
ReplyDeleteWhy can't this be used as a way to teach about this subject.... Address it & handle it in an appropriate way without outing the vicitms. The Duggars/TLC could do something positive with it. Admit what was done wrong & what was done right.... It's a thought anyway. I will miss the show, but it shouldn't be glossed over.
ReplyDeletelove the Duggars, watched sense the show began, hope there will be many more seasons to come . I would love to see some of the younger ones in every day life .
ReplyDeleteKeep them on
ReplyDeleteI don't think TLC should pull the entire show bc of his actions as a 14 yr old.. Not everyone, family, friends, fans.. should be punished.. If anything I think they can exclude him.. I've written TLC and shared my thoughts using your link.. Thank you!
ReplyDelete@Anonymous Amen!!!! Illove the duggars they are a very blessed family and they taught me trust and to love god and to Forgive, The past is the past lets just move forward!!!!
ReplyDeleteI do wish the show would stay on the air but my opinion is that it should be up to the victims in this case. We need to be sensitive to their feelings. God is the judge and I think there could be a resolution.
ReplyDeletetake Josh and Anna off the show the parents covered it up I was abused and that is somthing you never forget he had no therapy how is doing hard labor
DeleteLet him who is without sin cast the first stone....................So thankful for a merciful God!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the show and hope it'll be back on soon!!!!
ReplyDeleteDone!! Praying for you all. Now more than anything we wish we knew how you all were, how Josh and his family are doing and what they are going to do now. We love you anyway! We know this is in the past and it doesn't reflect on how we view you. We know you aren't perfect, but we respect how you parent and my boys and I really love your show. My youngest dreams about meeting you and playing with the other boys. May you stand strong in Him at this time. (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteBring them back!!! I love their show.
ReplyDeleteI love the show...none of us are perfect. Supporting 19kids and counting!
ReplyDeleteBring them back!!!
ReplyDeletePlease keep 19 kids and counting in the air
ReplyDeleteHope that you will put them back on the air !
ReplyDeleteI would just like to say.....I have enjoyed watching 19 kids and counting! I was always taught the past is the past and the past also makes you who you are today! We all make mistakes and learn from them! I was taught that the LORD forgives us of our sins!
ReplyDeletePlease leave the show on the Air i love it, We are all not perfect we all make mistakes and do things we are not proud of The past is the past lets just move on!!!! God says to forgive is devine!!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't cut the whole show and make the girls suffer again. If you want to cut anything, cut Josh...or make an example out of him. There are worse shows with worse morales that people don't even bat an eye at.
ReplyDeleteKeep the show on !! This is the best show on tv.
ReplyDeleteWho are we to judge?? The bible says forgive and you too shall be forgiven. When Josh meets the great maker he will have to answer for his sins, as we all will, until then leave his past behind and let him learn from his mistakes.
ReplyDeleteI love the show and am sad to see something from joshs past is being brought up and people are ruin the show for us. Its nice to watch and see a loving family who believes in each other and isnt like all the other sjowa! Please bring it back
ReplyDeleteI think all of this is crazy! Definitely should still keep the show. I think its crazy that something that happened over 10 years ago is coming up now. The only one that can judge is god, and thats the only one he needs forgiveness from. I support the duggars and will still watch them if they are on tv. Which they should be.... Honestly there are worst things going on and way worse shoes in my opion... #Isupporttheduggars<3
ReplyDeletePlease bring this show back on it would mean the world to me and my daughter we love the duggers
ReplyDeleteI love the show and hate to see it end I want it to stay on. Josh made a horrible mistake I do not agree with what he did but it is under the blood now and who are we to say any different.GOD is our judge not man and their is so much filth on tv that promotes acts like these. This show is about christians and you are so quick to voice your opinions and bash christians for our forgiving his horrible sins. But God forgives us and that's what the bible teaches us to do.To single out one show, one person is ridiculous.
ReplyDeleteI loved to watch the show, he confessed he did wrong , most people don't. I hope TLC keeps the show on. Who am I to judge anyone. His sisters seem to adore him.
ReplyDeleteThings happen in every family, and yes, sexual sin is one of those things. I am glad that Josh has a repentant attitude. I feel so badly for his victims who are having to relive this through the media on a daily basis now. It isn't fair to them, they have been hurt enough. Taking the show off the air isn't going to help anything now and it's going to hurt innocent people - lots of children are involved here folks. Maybe do a show where Josh gets counseling from professionals and leave it at that. Don't keep rehashing things out in public, it isn't hurting anyone but the victims in this case. I am sure at the time these things occurred, Jim Bob and Michelle were in complete shock and didn't even know how to begin to handle it. They probably did the best they could given the information and experience they had. I hope that all of the victims have been reassure that none of it was their fault, and none of this publicity nonsense is their fault either.
ReplyDeletekeep the duggars on TV.
ReplyDeletei say tlc needs to put 19 kids and counting back on the air. this is all in the pass and leave it in the past The duggars are a very sweet family
ReplyDeleteThis is my favorite show. Please do not cancel it.
ReplyDeleteLove the show please keep it on the air...
ReplyDeletehello as a Chtistian family that has been through this. I have cried many times thinking of you all. I have always felt guilty for fotgiving my family member, guilty for loving them. I felt that I must be a bad person for seeing the man he is now isnt the same person. As a person who loves your show have watched your kids interact loving each other, I have felt comfort. Comfort that maybe it is okay and not sick that I can forgive okay to love. Thank you during your pain you have eased mine I hope TLC brings back your show I would love to hear or read your thoughts on forgivness.
ReplyDeletebring back the duggars if some body don't want to watch it they can turn the chanel
ReplyDeleteKeep it on the air! They are good people who managed a difficult situation the best they knew how. I imagine most parents and families would have done the same if not less. This is not the same as Honey Boo Boo at all!
ReplyDeleteBring back the Duggars
ReplyDeleteThis unfortunate situation that took place with Josh was no ones business. Shame on InTouch Weekly publishing it. I have ceased purchasing the magazine and consider them an evil corrupt magazine. I will look forward to the Duggars family return to TLC. If they Dont then TLC will no longer be viewed by me in my home or anywhere. With prayers the duggars get their own network I will look forward to their return! God taught us to forgive
PLEASE TLC DONT TAKE THE SHOW OF THE AIR THERE ARE WORST THINGS GOING ON IN LIFE THAN THIS A LOT OF PEOPLE WAS WATCHING THIS SHOW ONLY SHOW WORTH WHILE WATCHING WE PRAY THAT IT WILL BE BACK ON THE AIR LOVE YOU ALL TAKE CARE
ReplyDeleteTLC needs to to forgive Josh Duggar since this happen years ago when he was a minor. The Duggars have help a very large number of people with their show and these people want to continue to watch all that is new in their family. All this fuss over something that happen a long time ago and was taking care of by the family at that time, SO WHY ARE YOU PUNISHING THIS FAMILY AGAIN ESPECIALLY THE GIRLS THAT WE'RE AFFECTED, by taking their show away and making them relive those dark days. Josh has shown that he is a loving husband and father. All this fuss make him look like he is still molesting children. Please TLC come to your senses and put their show back on the air. You will be loosing a lot of viewers if you don't.
ReplyDeleteIts a good show he made a mistake and learned from it he is lucky his sisters forgave him. it should be on the air
ReplyDeleteI will always stand by the duggars god bless the family during this difficult time god bless you all 💖💒💒💖
ReplyDeleteI love the Duggers! I feel like part of my family has been torn away by this. Their show is one of the few on TV that is worth watching. God has forgiven them. Now it's time for TLC (and others) to do the same. I sincerely hope that they are not removed from the network. However, if TLC chooses to do so, please, Duggers, find a network that will carry your show. UPS has uplifting programs!
ReplyDeleteThere is no reason what so ever, why TLC can't continue the show without Josh. The public loves the Duggers! The show won't be lacking anything with Josh out. I would love to continue to see Anna and the kids though. We love the Duggers and will be praying for their families.
ReplyDeleteI've watched this show for many of years, and through this family I've got so much insight of family and faith. This show has helped me through some really hard times in my life. I personally think it's wrong what is being done and said about Josh, he was a child, and he made a mistake, yes he sinned, but Jesus died on the cross for our sins. Josh repented, and I know if God can forgive our sins of a past life then why can't people. I support the show, it's not for us to judge, he has paid for his sin, grown from it. Leave the past in the past. I pray that God will guide the right people to put the show back on the air.
ReplyDeletekeep them on we love them
ReplyDeleteY'all are in my thoughts and prayers, I hope TLC keeps your show on.
ReplyDeleteIt happened at very young age, those involved handled it in the best way. Children make mistakes. He told the parents and everyone delt with it and even the law knew. He has moved on by growing up to be a great young man and has been honest with everyone that matters. All of the children grew up to be come wonderful adults. Please leave the show on with everyone on the show as it was.
ReplyDeleteBring back the girls. They have done NO wrong. Why punish them for someone else error in life?
ReplyDeletePlease don't cancel 19 Kids and Counting!
ReplyDeleteIt breaks my heart what is happening to this family. I know that these families that are doing these reality shows are putting themselves out there to be picked apart by the media and anyone else that doesn't believe in their lifestyle. I pray that God gives them the strength and the power to fight back and prove that they're are a normal, God-fearing, functioning family who sometimes makes mistakes just like the rest of us. God forgives. So should we. Don't judge.
ReplyDeleteYou took off the best show, so please bring it back! Or I'll be faced to pull TLC from my TV lineup
ReplyDeleteWe all commit sins daily and if we ask for forgiveness God forgives. Everyday everyone is subjected to things on t.v. that are repulsive at best. Our country is under attack daily by satan and the darkness of some and if we continue to allow it to go on than we are just as bad. This young fellow has been forgiven and has gone through the necessary steps to improve his life and the family has done all that they can to look after the needs of the victims. You must try to go on. Please do not take this show off the air. I need the teachings of something good in my life. This family has taught me how to improve my life and to love and be loved and to keep Jesus alive in my soul. This family needs to be seen for the good that they live daily. No-one should forget what happened but no-one needs to be bullied by the media or the darkness of this planet any longer. God Bless this family for coming on the air in the first place and for TLC also showing their lives. Goodness will prevail but we all must do our part to stand by it.
ReplyDeleteThe sin is forgiven! And no man has the right to judge. Bring back the Duggars!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed watching this show all these years if God can forgive then we as Christians forgive I'm not saying what Josh did was right it was very wrong but he has been forgiven and I say leave it in the past and do not destroy this young mans life.He confessed everything he done.It pitiful that people have to dig up his past and its not fair to the rest of the family. They are being punished as well.....Forgiveness is what we all need.
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on but I think u should take josh off the show,,,,love the show I really do
ReplyDeletePLEASE BRING BACK THE DUGGARS 19 KIDS AND COUNTING
ReplyDeleteLove the show and the family..please bring them back!
ReplyDeleteI think it is a shame that they are making such a fuss over what happened in the past with Josh. He is now a grown married man and had the respect to come out about it. He could have just as easily left it "under-wraps". What he did or did not do in his younger years is between him and God. We have no right to judge him only God can do that. He and his parents have all stated that they placed it in God's hands, so there it is and God will settle it. I think that TLC wants to pull the show because the religious aspect is bothering so many people that don't understand what a christian is. Satan is trying to get a good Christian family off the air because so many people love this family and that takes away his hold on our society. The Duggars are a great faith oriented family and are not afraid of their beliefs in God or not ashamed to say they are Christians. It makes me wonder how much stuff the people that decide if they stay on air or not are hiding about their pasts. The past is the Past! I don't feel it would be right to condemn the whole family over something that happened long before we knew them. God will do what he thinks should be done. I hope they stay on air because they are a great family! Thank you.
ReplyDeleteCouldn't have said it better! Really love the show!
DeleteStand Strong Duggers.
ReplyDeleteThis was handled Biblically. We can ask no more. Much love.
ReplyDeleteBing back 19 kids and counting back on the air until then I will not watch Tlc I am supporting the duggar family
ReplyDeleteDone! My hope and prayers continue to be for peace and strength and confidence for the whole Duggar family as they face this together. We are sending love and support from Canada!
ReplyDeletePlease, please keep this show on the air, we are all sinners and make our mistakes, some worse than others of course but something done as a child who doesn't fully think of the consequences of something like this shouldn't have have to define the rest of his life or that of his entire family. This who ordeal was a series of mistakes made by humans because none of us our perfect.
ReplyDeletePlease keep this show going. If they don't I want watch TLC ever.
ReplyDeletePlease bring them back
ReplyDeleteWe LOVE ALL the Duggars! Keep them on the air!
ReplyDeleteYes I support the Duggars I am a survivor of a step father who couldn't leave things or hands where they belong and un like Josh my Step father never repented . Nor asked for forgiveness from me . I Fully believe. Josh has that forgiveness from God and his victims .What he has one on the past when he was a teen should not reflect him now Jim Bob, and Michelle took the right action . This never should have been made public . It makes me sad that people are always trying to find ways to bring the Diggers down they are Christian not perfect. TLC should not take the show off so people can see how strong their faith in God is by not letting this Thorn in their side bring them down. And to have Faith so strong like Job who lost every thing but never once cursed ,God nor lost Faith in him. Keep the show on there is so much more I would rather Not see. I love the Duggars and pray for them. Keep up the Faith God will see you through.
ReplyDeletePlease bring back 19 Kids and Counting! We love that show!!!
ReplyDeleteplease bring back the Duggar family i miss watching it i liked it please bring it back thank you
ReplyDeletePlease keep the show going. My family and I have watched this show for a long time to see family values. Past is the past and no one is perfect. We've all been young and done some things in the past that I'm sure we've all learned from. Don't punish the entire family show for this one thing and then put on shows where people have done more horrific things on your channel.
ReplyDeleteWe LOVE ALL the Duggars! Keep them on the air.
ReplyDeleteI've been watching 19 kids and counting for a while now and I'm a huge fan because they are so strong Christian family who follow in the faith whole heartly p.s all there children are well mannered and are all beautiful Jim Bob and Michelle have done such a amazing job of raising there children please don't take off there show
ReplyDeleteWhat happened to sealing things that a minor did ..Josh made a mistake , he human ..This should never have gotten out ..The people that leaked this , I wonder what they are HIDING
ReplyDeleteBring back the Duggars! Why drudge up the past? How isn't relevant to the show today and why make these poor people relive these tragic events? We still love the Duggars!
ReplyDeletePlease bring them back . I am sexual abuse suvior , I forgive the people who hurt me . I am still have to have therapy , but my life was dedicated to lord . I'm a devoted mother of two beautiful children a wife of a wonderful husband who serves of country. and every family is not perfect . Even if there on national TV where has a TV show.
ReplyDeleteThis is the only show i watch on TLC, please keep 19 Kids and Counting on the air. Everyone deserves forgiveness
ReplyDeletePlease put the show back on the air. It brings much joy to viewers. Michelle has changed my life by her thoughts and actions. She saved my marriage. Its a good show. Josh has done wrong but we need to forgive and move on.
ReplyDeleteWe've made mistakes TLC and you taking off the Duggars is your mistake...please rethink this decision! I think you should ask them (Duggars) if they want to continue with the show! This family didn't do anything wrong the media and the taoids did exposing the victims and making them relive this all over...Josh has repented for his sins and move on...now TLC why don't you move on and don't take this loved family away!
ReplyDeleteI stand behind the Duggar family. God forgave us when He died on the cross. Therefore, we should follow His example and forgive or fellow man. Sending love and support to all of the Duggar family.
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on, all of them! Josh and Anna are such good parents, many can learn from them. This happened long ago and should never have been brought up again, since he is a forgiven sinner, as are we all..
ReplyDeleteWhy should they take the show off air there are worse people in the world that haven't gone to jail or even prison for the things they've done what happened in joshs' past should be up for a debate whether the show should be taken off air at least he admits what he's done and admits that its wrong and came out to his parents and loved ones he went to them for help and hoped for understanding and that's what he got, there aren't a lot of people in the world that own up to their wrongs there are rapist, pedafiles, molesters, and murderers that have never owned up to their crimes or things they've done in their past I commend josh in bringing his mishaps to his parents to get get help or even telling his wife and inlaws but the past is in the past that shouldn't dictate who he is now and shouldn't keep the show from being on air
ReplyDeleteI love this family! They are the good in this world. I love how they share their life with us and I love watching their family grow. I miss them already. I pray for them now and hope to see them soon.
ReplyDeleteWe need this show. It's clean cut and has family values. One mistake by one teenager that was taken care of at that time should not be brought up now. Go after the person that aired this. There are shows on TV that use words and show bare skin that I think should be taken off the air. Put this one back
ReplyDeletePlease don't take this show off the air I love this show
ReplyDeletePLEASE DO NOT CANCEL .we want to keep watching this family good or bad we still love and forgive.don't punish them cause of something they thought they were doing the best as a lot of parents would have done. josh has asked for forgiveness and went forward with hs life .there has not been anything negative since.if it had really affected the girls than I don't think they would have been on tv smiling and letting TLC in their lives.the 2 girls have married and have a family they have forgave their brother as so should TLC.please we want to see the rest of their lives .
ReplyDeleteOK, the news was absolutely shocking and horrifying but Josh was 14 at the time. It was dealt with in the correct manner. Why someone would want to bring it out into the open now is so sad and destructive. It has not done anyone any good. Bring the show back on and lets continue to learn and enjoy from this wonderful christian family. Im in Australia and we love it!
ReplyDeletePlease bring the show back. I love it. I especially love the girls.
ReplyDeleteThis is ridiculous I love the show too and will miss the girls and will continue to follow them but even at 14 teenagers know molesting is wrong and against the law and with the sisters when they are asleep ???? Yes I read the police report that's on the internet I see the details and the same thing happened to me as a teenager. I have forgiven the person and moved on but allowing the show to continue tells poepl that because we are Christians we believe it's ok that he did it because he was 14 , god forgave him , time has passed. No wonder people think we are bonkers ! People that are passing this off because he is Christian I wonder if you would if it was your own daughters! Those poor kids I would be surprised if they want to do the show at all now ! Josh absolutely should not be involved if the show returns and I can't see TLC allowing him to be on it either . I don't expect this comment to be published because really I have written many with this same opinion and for some reason none have been published ? Perhaps because I am nit praising josh ? As a Christian I worry more about the victims and if they really want to continue with the show or not. So disappointed :(
ReplyDeleteI think this could be an immense opportunity for TLC to share how a family gets through something like this. We need to remember that in the eyes of the Lord there is no degree of sin... sin is sin. And everyone sins everyday. Judgement is reserved for the Lord only and I think that people could learn how families deal with fragile, hurtful and complicated situations such as this. I have always appreciated the Duggars' honesty and transparency. I would love to see the show continue. The show is an huge encouragement to me.
ReplyDeleteThis happened when Josh was a child--if need be-leave him and his family out of show since they live in D.C.-but the show needs to go on if I am to keep watching TLC! Anonymous
ReplyDeleteThis just a way for whoever leaked the story to get more money yes what he did was wrong but was the past 12 years ago the statue of limitations has run out there is nothing they can do to him let he who is without sin cast the first stone and i know for a fact tha whoever leaked that story is a sinner and he or she will face the judgement of god when the time comes so please put the show back on the air
ReplyDeleteI went and let TLC know of my support of your program and your family... God bless you all during this difficult time.
ReplyDeleteI just want to say i love you guys you are like family to me i have watched you kids grow up i i thanl god for what you stand for. You are a god sent to us there is not many people that would let strangers come in to your home and be a part of your family. If god for gives you than ever one els has to. ReplyDeleteKeep the show on please
ReplyDeleteKeep them on TLC! So glad we have a forgiving God for all our sins! Keeping the duggar's in my prayers!
ReplyDelete@Anonymous
ReplyDeleteDoesn't that mean that we should also forgive the person who released the document about Josh as well?
Forgiveness should be for all.

I believe that the Duggars, took care of the problem years ago..This should have been sealed long ago. Since it was a juvenile case should have never been given to no one. Not for freedom of the press, to one one. So now the person who decided it would be ok, has ruined more lives because if their selfness. Those poor girls have to relive all this, but now they have to share it with the whole world. I hope the person that leaked this or gave them this report can look at them selves in the mirror. I hope the put the show back on. Maybe something good can come out of this. Showing that bad things happen to all of us. But with God and our family we can work through them together.
ReplyDeleteWould love to have The Duggar back on!
ReplyDeleteI can't say Amen
ReplyDeleteWould love to have The Duggars back!
ReplyDeleteKeep the show but limit Josh's exposure. We still want to see Anna and their cute kids but don't show Josh giving advice,, etc. Edit out his commentary. We want to see the fun things the kids do and the babies. Even before I heard this story I thought Josh's firstborn traits were too visable and turned me off. But don't punish the girls. They have suffered enough.

ReplyDeleteJosh should NOT be taken off of the show. He and his family are a vital part of the family and the show. He showed a temporary lack of judgement and inappropriate curiousity as a pre teen / very early teen. He was taught that this was inappropriate and he was taught how to appropriately handle those thoughts and feelings. He learned how to be a Godly Man. He should NOT be judged and disguarded for a mistake he made so very many years ago.
I went online to TLC and asked them to please bring back 19 Kids and Counting!! I stand behind and support the Duggars!!!
ReplyDeletePlease don't cancel the show. There is only one God, and He is the only one who judges and punishes.
ReplyDeletekeep the Duggars on Tv!!
ReplyDeleteNot only is it hurting the girls, it's also got to be affecting the little ones. My heart breaks for them. You know that this whole thing must have the entire family upset. 😖 They are always so happy and they love the TV crew. They are like family to them. It's ripping their lives apart.
ReplyDeleteLeave the duggers on I don't believe what people are saying they are such a nice and respectful family live the show.
ReplyDeleteDo not cancel this show! Every one has sinned! Josh has repented sought forgiveness and received conceling! It is not our job to judge! That is God's job!! They give so much encouragement to so many of us! They are the only thing that my whole family can sit down and watch with out censoring it!!
ReplyDeleteSomeone had to go digging for that information on Josh that happened over 12 years ago! That in itself is not right and I can't believe more people are not upset about that. Digging it up just hurts the victims more as they are faced to re-live it.
ReplyDeletethe past is the past, Josh asked the Lord for forgivness, then its been dealt with..!!
ReplyDeleteI sure hope TCL will keep the show on the air. It is an enjoyable show. I will not be watching this channel any more if it is removed.
ReplyDeleteKeep the show! Jesus has covered his past!
ReplyDeleteBring the Duggars back. Please. Should not have taken them off to start with. We all did things we are sorry for and would not want the world to know.
ReplyDeleteDon't judge the police chief- that's gods job!
ReplyDeleteWhat Josh did was'nt right... They should'nt have waited a whole year to contact the police... They should have gotten proprer counselling for Josh and his victims.... But I think you can be forgiven by God if you are truly repentant of your actions !!! Which Josh seems like he genuinely is !
ReplyDelete((-MATTHEW 6:14 : For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.-))
Also, i dont know what i would watch on TLC if they canceled the show because that was my favorite show ever on that network ! I was truly saddenned and heartbroken about this scandal and I would even be more heartbroken if it was canceled permanently ! TLC has alot of things to consider when making their final decision... I'll be praying for the victims through this difficult time...
As a woman, wife, sister & victims of abused while I was younger I cannot accept this family promotting their brand to the world & using God.... I have been to TLC website but not for supporting the show. I think the Duggars needs to question themselves & take time to look at the world around them including their own children & grand - children. My family & I do not wish the show to be continued & are so surprised TLC did not acknowledged the tragedy which were happening under Duggars roof .... I reall wander sometimes what's going in their house.....
ReplyDeletePlease put this shoe back on... One of the few shows out there that makes me still have a little faith in humanity. Most everything on tv is complete trash and this show is a breath of fresh air.
ReplyDeleteMy prayers are with Josh and his family and the rest of the Duggar family during this difficult time...I hope TLC won't remove them from the t.v. permanently..Theirs is one of the most wholesome shows that I can watch with my daughters and they are such excellent role models and examples of how to live out your faith in God daily amongst a very dark world...What happened with Josh happened a long time ago and he is obviously not that person anymore. Besides, with all the other things that are glorified on television shows like witchcraft, murder, random sexual encounters, lying, communing with the dead, and homosexual lifestyles, I think it's very hypocritical to want to remove this show due to something that happened in the past.19 Kids and Counting is needed on tv to give viewers an alternative to the other trash that is displayed on there and I miss seeing them and so do my daughters...BRING THE SHOW BACK!!!
ReplyDeleteWe love the Duggar family! Our past choices should not define our future endeavors
ReplyDeleteKeep them on the air
ReplyDeleteDont take it off the air. Love the show.
ReplyDeleteBring them back, praying for all of you!
ReplyDeletePlease keep the Duggar's on . I love them all.
ReplyDeleteI think they should keep the show on. This happened in the past. Is not going on now. The show shouldn't have been taken off the air. God has taken care of this.
ReplyDeleteI want the show to remain on the air with every participant!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI and my family are with the Duggars in prayer.
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how TLC have shows that are about witchcraft and adulterous behavior and 19 Kids and Counting is NOT one of those!! And yet, TLC is doing this to this show? I don't get it. It is a past incident and Josh asked for forgiveness from people and God. God is the ultimate judge
ReplyDeletePlease bring show the show back. Love the Duggars
ReplyDeleteAS THIS IS JUST NOW COMING OUT REGARDING JOSH DUGGAR WHY NOW ? JOSH HAS TO SEEK FORGIVENESS FROM GOD,FAMILY AND THE VICTIMS IF ALL DO FORGIVE HONESTLY WHY SHOULD WE ?
ReplyDeletebring it back!
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on the air. so much more good has come from this family show than anything. The past has already been taken care of. Please keep them on the air.
ReplyDeleteTLC please keep 19 kids TV show on the air! Please also keep all of the family on the show, it would not be the same if anyone is missing at all! You have a powerful opportunity to speak volumes about forgiveness if you keep this show with ALL the family on the air! Please think hard about this! Thank you and God bless you all!
ReplyDeleteYes please bring the Duggars back! I enjoy having a show to watch that isn't utter trash. I appreciate this family for being close to their beliefs and loving each other through all the stuff they've been through. I appreciate the total honesty Josh has shown from the beginning. In not saying it was ok, it was wrong no matter WHO the girls were. I think the show should go on, and maybe have a special where the family does talk about this. If the older girls were a part of it, and if they choose to, why not let them explain to the world that they've forgiven their brother? At that point, everyone has heard the entire story and it would speak of God's love and forgiveness. Regardless, I just hope and pray this show is brought back on air.
ReplyDeletePlease keep 19 kids and counting on the air.God should be the judge not the news media or tlc.
ReplyDelete19 kids and family is a great show with a great message it's one of the best please don't take it off josh made a mistake a kid get over it and let God handle it we should live josh as God does not hate
ReplyDeleteI have contacted the network and will be praying for the Duggar family.
ReplyDeleteAs far as I see it, the parameters the Duggars have set in place now to keep their children from sexual temptation are a great defense against this kind of mistake happening again. Should a man be condemned for life for bad choices he made as a young teenager? I sure hope I'm not held to that standard! It seems obvious that this media circus all stems from a hatred many people have of the Duggars due to their boldness for Jesus and their lifestyle that flies in the face of our society's decaying morals. The Duggars have been an inspiration to me for years and I will continue to follow them as much as I can. I've left my feedback for TLC, assuring them that my family and I will no longer patronize any Discovery networks if they cancel 19 Kids and Counting.
ReplyDeletePlease don't take the duggar family off TLC they are the reason why I watch it .we all love the duggar family.so if you all can find it your hearts to forgive god you will never cancel the 19 kids and counting show.we all make mistakes in one way or another in life its part of growing up .so please give give them a chance we all want to see the new additions to the duggar family on TLC.
ReplyDeletePLEASE keep this show on the air. Mistakes are made by everyone. Thank you. we are praying for you all!
ReplyDeleteI want them back it was a great show who out there hasn't made a mistake when you ask for forgiveness to God who are you to judge any one there isn't any one out there that doesn't have ghosts in there closet including the makers of TLC
ReplyDeleteKEEP THE DUGGARS ON THE AIR!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat better time to show how a family can make it through major challenges. Keep Josh and Anna off to heal away from the lights. Show the victims getting help and talking through their struggles.
ReplyDeleteIt's been so wonderful having a truly family friendly show like 19 Kids and Counting on the air for so long. Your family is a wonderful model on not how to live a perfect life, but how to live a faithful life full of love despite tragedies, heartaches, and real problems and struggles. Given the stance Josh has taken on his own actions, there is no reason to pull the show from the air. He was a child, made mistakes - horrible, hurtful, deplorable mistakes - but that does not warrant vilification. What a wonderful opportunity to teach grace and forgiveness to a world that just doesn't get it. Thank you for standing up for truth and light in a dark and deceived world! My prayers are with you and your family as you go through this trial. May your whole family be strengthened in the hope of His promises and He be even more glorified through it.
ReplyDeleteIt is not for us to make judgment on Gods behalf. He has paid for and repented for his sin. Let the guy live his life, he is trying to be a Godly man. Keep the show.
ReplyDeletePlease keep 10 Kids and Counting on the air. This is a very sweet and loving Christian family. Yes Josh was wrong in what he did, but being Christian does not keep you from sinning. His parents did the right thing in getting him and the girls help and it was reported to the police. Josh has grown into a loving husband and father. It would have done more harm than good to send him to jail as a 14 year old. If we locked up every teenage boy for touching a girl our jails would not be big enough to hold them all. He needed help, he got help, end of story. We have so much trash T.V. on today, let's keep this nice clean show on for our children to enjoy with us. God has forgiven, so should we.
ReplyDeletePlease come back, I miss you all on tv!!
ReplyDeleteKeep the duggars on and use the situation to actually teach others about how to deal with wrongdoings. If there I'd anyone who is able to teach that with a powerful message it's the duggars. No one is perfect, and all kids do dumb stuff. I know kids that have done way worse. All kids at some point get curious about the other gender, it's life. Half the time they don't get caught. Stop acting like this family is the only one who had a curious child....and 12 years ago might I add....didn't happen yesterday. Keep the duggars I love that family. I have much respect for them. Esp when their family is all about the Bible and fixing your wrongs and forgiveness. ...seems to fit right in with what they preach.
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on the air! What happened is in the past so let it stay their! Don't punish the whole family for something that was already dealt with years ago! Yes what he did was wrong but it was dealt with and the family has obviously moved on.
ReplyDeleteKeep ALL the Duggar's on!!!!! Love this show and this family. I have watched since it first came on and will continue to watch. Love the show. We are all human and we make wrong choices. If we didn't we would be Jesus Christ and we are not. Forgiven by us and the LORD ALMIGHTY.
ReplyDeletePlease bring back the Duggars, Why punish the remaining 18 kids for something Josh did. And who are we to judge him anyways.
ReplyDeleteI pray that TLC will continue 19 Kids and Counting with all family members. Show all the triumphs that come from this tribulation. God will prevail undoubtedly. I look forward watching and will continue my support.
ReplyDeleteThe bible says he that is without sin cast the first stone and I don't think you have any saints at TLC. How would you like for someone to start digging into your past' God has forgiven Josh and God says he will remember it no more
ReplyDeleteput them back on. he was just a teenager!
ReplyDeletePlease keep this show on. Its one of the few wholesome programs available these days. This situation is unfortunate but show that no one is perfect. Face it. Own it. Repent and move on. Life is hard and they have shown us so many times how to seek gods love. They teach us to be better people as we watch them raise these wonderful children. Love this family and I will be heart broken if they do not come back on. Please keep them on.
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on the air. This happened so long ago. Everyone makes mistakes. I can't imagine being judged now for the mistakes that I made as a teenager. I am 100% different than I was at the age of 14. We need more shows like 19 and counting. This show has changed my life. Canceling it would be a shame.
ReplyDeleteHere are some websites of petitions everyone! SIGN THEM because right now the "opposing" side is winning to cancel TLC!
ReplyDeletehttp://www.ipetitions.com/petition/keep-the-duggars-on-tlc
Here is the update about the petitions: http://www.cnn.com/2015/05/25/entertainment/josh-duggar-tlc-show-cancel-feat/
Has ANYONE started a petition to keep the Duggars on TLC yet?? All I see are the past petitions from last year. Also, is there a petition to get the police chief terminated? I'd gladly sign both petitions!! I've already contact TLC and will continue to do so!
ReplyDeleteBring the Duggers back I have been watching the show since the beginning and will really miss it I believe Josh should be forgiven for his bad decisions at age 14 He should not have to pay for the rest of his life He has made a public admission and apology Love the Duggers all of them
ReplyDeleteI pray they reconsider and bring the show back on! So many other shows on the air where people have done worse things. We all have things in our past that we are not proud of, yet thankful we are forgiven our mistakes. I was also sexually abused as a child. Josh has admitted what he did was wrong and asked for forgiveness as well as become a wonderful father and husband. What a wonderful example he has set! I wish my abuser would have admitted what he did!
ReplyDeletePlease bring the Duggers back there so few things on TV that a family can watch together. I believe they are a good Christian family we need more show like there on TV. I love watching the show .
ReplyDelete@Mikki We want them all back includding Josh!! All the Media done was a make something out of nothing!! It was years ago and they are a good family and we learn alot from them all Josh included!! Put them all back and and everyone should tell the Duggar family and the people from the past how sorry they are for this happening!!! It was so long ago this should of never happened!! PUT THEM BACK ON!! ALL OF THEM!!!
ReplyDeleteMy vote to bring them back. Watched faithfully, time and time again. There's a lot worse going on in the world than their problems. Hope the person is having second thoughts for the "bees nest" they stirred up. Love watching their show.
ReplyDeleteWe have an all forgiving God. Let him judge, not us.
ReplyDeleteI too will not be supporting TLC until they bring the Duggars back. This is terrible what is being done to them over something that happened before they were even doing the show. The report should not have been released and who even dug up the information anyway.... Its time to forgive and move on and bring them back!!
ReplyDeletePlease don't punish us viewers as well as the Duggars , and reward the unlawful, despicable people who published a child's transgressions. This show is an inspiring bright spot in our week.
ReplyDeletePut the show back on the air, People make mistakes everyday in their life No one is Perfect..What Josh did was WRONG.. But that's in the Past. Move on with your lives!!!!!
ReplyDeletePlease keep them on the air. It's a wonderful show. prayers for the whole family.
ReplyDeleteCathy Holmes florida
I really don't think it would be necessary to remove this show from the air. There are far worse shows on tv. Would be interesting to see how much their faith would be strengthened because of this. Seems like reality shows tear a lot of families apart........so many divorces of former happy couples after having their lives aired. I would like to see more of the children's interactions with friends and hobbies, and far less of Jim Bob.
ReplyDelete"19 Kids and Counting" back on the air.
ReplyDeleteThis show has been one of my favorites for quite some time. I really do not want to see it off the air. I hope TLC will reconsider or possibly create a new agreement with the Duggars. You are all in my prayers.
