Today is Baby Dilly's due date, which means Jill Dillard is 40 weeks pregnant. It's hard to believe how quickly time has passed. In just five days, Jill and Derick will celebrate the one-year anniversary of their engagement.

ReplyDeleteI am so happy for Jill and Derick and have been praying every day for a safe delivery and a healthy Baby Dilly! I pray that she is not against going to a hospital if the baby is too big. All their fans just want her and the baby to be safe. If you can , please let us know when Jill is in labor so we can pray for her :) Praise the Lord! Thank you for the updates!

ReplyDeleteAll this must have been a journey of character development for all the different characters. The Duggars all had a head start in their grandma Duggar, her Christian influence is behind this saga.
ReplyDeleteOn the point of great grandma Duggar I want to add that I would love it if you could interview her in the way you have done for Anna. That woman really was the Christian foundation of this great family and I wonder what she did that Jim Bob picked up on and what she has been doing down the years. Bits of netting are nice but tell us more about the net that catches the fishes...

ReplyDeleteI want to say I agree with someone posting real recently that they think "this is all one sided" with the 19 Kids show, meaning it appears we see only things regarding Jim Bob's parents and wife and kids but what about having a show just about Michelle's side of the family? I know we have seen when she attended her reunion and etc. But we don't really know her siblings and her side of the family. I understand her parents may be passed, but I for one would like to hear or read more about Michelle's side of the family too! Thank you for reading this!

ReplyDeleteI say if he was conceived the honey moon night (which I do believe happened) and he goes the exact 40 weeks he will be on time but as far as counting pregnancy dates he will be 5 days overdue. Congrats.

ReplyDeleteKind sweet Jill, please consider getting an epidural painkiller for your labor and delivery. You are carrying very large, the baby is probably very big, maybe 8 to 9 pounds. Many past years episodes showed the Duggar girls really not liking to be in pain at all and taking lots of tylenols after dental surgery.mwell, this is that pain times a thousand. Kelly Bates so compassionately encouraged Whitney Bates to have one, and it made the whole experience better for the whole family that Whitney wasnt in agony. From experience I can tell you that having an epidural painkiller makes Childbirth a beautiful spiritual Experience as everyone can really enjoy and appreciate it. Please allow my comment to go through, I hope Jill can enjoy her childbirth like Whitney did, the shows showing Anna's suffering for hours were very hard to endure knowing she could have been spared.
