In 2015, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar will welcome at least two more grandchildren into their family. If Jessa and Ben Seewald make a pregnancy announcement, or if Josh and Anna Duggar find out they are having multiples, the Duggar clan could grow even more.

Some name ideas for a girl would be Maria, Meredith, or Michelle(in honor of Josh's mother). Some boy name ideas are Matthew, Max, or Marvis. I would vote for Matthew and Michelle. Or if they just have one baby, I would say Meredith.

Don't you find this to be a little rumor spreading/starting? My guess if Anna was having twins she would've already known by 17 weeks. So I love the Duggars but why not just state the facts and ask for the gender guess instead of stating comments that sound like rumors to get people talking.

ReplyDeleteI don't think she'll have twins. Fraternal twins (as Mrs. Duggar had -twice!) do have a genetic component, but it is only passed to the women (daughters) of the family. So, from my understanding, Anna doesn't have any chance of "getting" fraternal twins from the Duggar side. Now her side might have fraternal twins, too, and then she would/could be genetically predisposed. There are also, of course, identical twins (more rare), but they have no genetic links. Of course, God can do anything, though! :) Congratulations!!!

Annonymous most foster children aren't available for adoption. They are temporarily in care for a variety of reasons. Say a parent just had gall bladder surgery and has no one to take of her child not unlike MIchelle Duggar had. Abortion is about not wanting to be pregnant, has nothing to do with not wanting to raise a child. Since you are so passionate about foster care perhaps you should look into becoming licensed. You will learn you can't go into fostering hoping to adopt. Most go back to their family, whether mom and dad or extended relatives. Or they are older kids who can decide whether or not to be adopted or stay in the system. There is no flu epidemic wiping out scores or adults who are of childbearing age leaving orphans. The same thing abroad. Kids are in feeding centers with living relatives, it's just more convenient to feed them in one place. Not to say there are no kids available. But the ones with kids or childless wanting to adopt is far greater than the number of children available. That is why there are wait lists.

ReplyDeleteAbortion IS about not wanting to raise a child; unfortunately not everyone who gives birth and has a strong desire to give the baby up is strong enough to do that.
It's probably the same as they made everyone think that she was pregnant for the show, and then o-ops, she was not pregnant. i doubt she has twins, they are just trying to create more interest in the show.
