  1. They are braver than I would be, attempting this with 3 very young kids :) but the memories they are making will be priceless! I always kind of wonder, when something goes wrong, do you TLC steps in to help, or do they just let the cameras roll?

  3. Glad to see some of the more recent eating habits are continuing. I'm glad they let both the kids wear the hats and canteens. I wish they would stop buying vehicles used. The safety of not being stranded is well worth the cost. Rent a newer RV? You do not need to own it. Drive in the van and stay in motels for some trips. At least they have a film crew following them for added security. How do you get a repair in the middle of nowhere? Are they saving with cost of repairs and cost of time and risk of safety? I love how she dresses the kids.

  4. Seriously Josh. Listen to your wife. The fruits and veggies and lean meat and fish prepared properly is the way to go. You started out strong and then it came to donut burgers. You have to live long.

  5. I just love these guys! Your family, your entire family, is such a tremendous blessing to me. I wish I had known you personally from the beginning! We don't have a lot of friends, as there aren't many devout Christian families with a large amount of children in our area and so we just stick together as a family and pray. Love you all! God bless!

    1. Perhaps you could make friends with those in your path? Branch out some....reach out some...people dont have to be devout Christians with large groups of children to be your friends--right? Otherwise you might really limit yourself and your family? You cant let your light shine if you dont encourage friendship with all kinds. You cant lead others to Jesus if you just stay home as a family and pray.

  7. On this Veterans Day, I think it's kind of sad that none of the older children are encouraged to enter the military. Nor are they encouraged to get the kind of advanced education that medical professionals used to save the life of the smallest Duggar, Josie. Rather, they are applauded for running car lots, flipping houses, and promoting Jesus.

  9. I'm curious about the diet Jess and Joy had started? We saw one or two pics of what it consisted of and there were lots of comments about it not being the best diet. Did they both stop it altogether?

  11. @Anonymous I, too, have wondered about military service for the Duggar kids, male and female. They could do so much more for our country. Serving our country would be a good way to serve the Lord.
