4-Year-Old Duggar Fan

This four-year-old is such a devoted Duggar fan that she has memorized the 19 Kids and Counting opener word-for-word. Her mom says she would rather watch the Duggars than any cartoon. Can you recite the show opener?

  1. Please use your blog to promote the new movie Paper Angels by Jimmy Wayne with Travis Trasher. It is Christmas movie that shows what the power of giving can do. And this man is not perfect. And he doesn't hide anything. He deserves the boost. Please boost him up.

  11. Wow! Only four years old! I must admit, our family is strong fans of the Duggars, and we have memorized every single new opener. But we love their family and their values, and their children! God bless you'll!

  14. She is so precious! I have confidence in her that she will be able to memorize next season's new opener (which should include Derick & Ben). I hope this enthusiastic young fan gets to meet The Duggars. May God's blessings be with all. Your sister in Christ, Kristin.

  21. My children have memorized the names, but not in order. They love "playing with the Duggars". They can often be found playing like they would with imaginary characters pretending to go bowling, or skating, or anything else they have seen them do on a recent episode we have watched. I am also regularly told by my children they are "Jackson" or "Jedidiah" or "Johannah" or "Josie" and I am always tplay Michelle (of course that could be because I am always pregnant or nursing) ;)

  23. That was SO cute! I know the opener word for word too but I have watched it quite a few times and am an adult!! When I watch the beginning, I say the opener either out loud or in my head depending on who else is in the room ;)

  24. Ever since I started watching the third season of the show; when it eventually was called "19 Kids and Counting", I could easily quote the season opener. Now with the new seasons coming out, I wonder if they'll eventually change the opener. That way I can start all over again.

  31. When my youngest was 2/3 years old he wanted to watch the kids all the time. Whenever they were on he would get excited and say look the kids are on! He called the show, the kids.

    1. Hi Ellie G.,

Derick's mom is doing very well. She recently underwent treatment to ensure that she remains cancer-free. Jill is five months along and feeling great.

How neat that you want to be a midwife! :)
