Last weekend, Josh and Anna Duggar visited an indoor tennis facility in Alexandria, Virginia.
They brought Mackynzie, Michael, and Marcus along and met up with another young couple for a "double date." (Can you still call it a double date when you bring your children?)
Josh and Anna have been looking for fun ways to stay active. The Kellers have a tennis court on their property in Florida, so Anna grew up playing tennis with her parents and siblings. She and Josh often compete against David and Priscilla Waller, Anna's brother-in-law and sister, at family gatherings.
The Duggars' tennis outing will be featured on 19 Kids and Counting in spring 2015.

Does that mean that it will be Spring 2015 before we get new episodes about Jill's pregnancy and Jessa's engagement/wedding?

ReplyDeleteTennis is so fun! I do think that Anna and Mackynzie would probably be way more comfortable if they relaxed their rules for female dress when they are exercising. It seems like a sweatshirt and some loose athletic pants would still be modest. It wouldn't have to be a short tennis skirt like their friend is wearing. Mackynzie looks like she has a fancy dress on! There are photos of ginger wearing athletic pants. It just seems like the boys can be comfortable in shorts or pants and it's too bad that their religious rules prevent girls from doing the same. Especially at five years old.

Josh actually has a good job and the show is mostly about things like Josh and the family to the market, teaching Josh's wife to prepare 'healthier' meals, making Josh exercise, Josh making a craft with the family, now Josh and Anna will play a game of tennis for us to watch. We have never seen Josh highlighted at his job anymore on a 19 Kids...show. I wonder if we will see that?
