Since Ben Seewald relocated to be close to Jessa Duggar, the two have been working out together. The other Duggar kids have been getting in on the action, too. This morning, Jessa worked out with Joy, Jason, and Justin.

ReplyDeleteFitness begins with what you put into your body. If this family wishes to be healthy and fit, they need to completely overhaul their diet and menu plans which include almost all processed foods, tater tot casserole, that ice cream sandwich cake they make, candy, soda and all those other awful meals we see them eating. Exercising a healthy internal body is the next step, IMO.

Based on early footage of Michelle, there is speculation that she has had rhinoplasty in these years? Any truth to that? Has she had any work done, other than teeth bleaching and adult braces?

ReplyDeleteI truly feel sorry that the Duggar children, especially Jessa, will be so influenced by an anti Catholic like Ben. As a Catholic who has followed the Duggars for years, it saddens me that they are so hard hearted towards the Truth of the Catholic Church. Nevertheless, they are a very sweet and lovely family, and I pray for them often. God bless! -EGMGW
ReplyDeleteI was at the Dr. office yesterday and a little girl was playing with a Bratz doll, her mom told me that she namd it Jessa because she thought it looked like Jessa Duggar, the more i looked at it the more it really did. How observant of this six year old to recognize that, thought it was cute:-)
