Six years ago, Josh and Anna Duggar recited their wedding vows at Buford Grove Baptist Church in Hillard, Florida. What advice do you have for the couple as they celebrate six years of marriage?
Happy Anniversary to them. They are still so young but have so much responsibility already. My advice to the, (married 32 years) would be to not have rushed their lives as they have done. They aren't allowed to take time to really know one another, enjoy the "dating aspect" of that, you have to have private conversations with each other to really speak your mind, and private time together, one on one,, even if in public. They already have had 4 pregnancies and 3 kids they are barely over 25. Don't rush everything as this family seem to do. Take your time....
Children are a blessing from god! Even in their vows they said they were going to leave it up to god how many at what time! God decided for them to have 3 children! So please don't say that!!!
Children are beautiful & precious.... Ana & her husband should not focus on having many children but enjoying the 3 georgous kids they have, & do more things with their lives together.
Congratulations to Josh and Anna!! Keep on loving and honoring your wife. Keep on loving and teaching your children. Anna keep on loving and supporting your husband and loving and teaching your children. The Duggars set a good example of how we should treat one another.
No advice---I think they are doing great! They have their priorities straight, and their focus is always on their family and their marriage. Wishing them many, many more happy years together.
Actually I could take advice from them, they seem to have it all put together.I truly love and respect them. May you be blessed always. Sicerely, Natalie
I get so tired of people wishing y'all had done this or hadn't done that! I think y'all are wonderful role models and a wonderful breath of fresh air for tv viewing....y'all have been a longtime favorite of mine.God bless!
having children so early can make it hard to really get to know each other. Add working and a busy schedule and its easy for the relationship to get left behind. As a person who has been with her husband for 14 years this April(and I am only 27, we started dating when I was 14) and have no children yet due to health issues, I can only speak from personal experience when I say that the relationship and really knowing and spending as much time together as possible, has to be a priority or your going to wake up one day and grow apart!
In my opinion, no couple wakes up one day and grows apart. It happens gradually. It's up to the whether or not they choose to acknowledge the changes and work hard to fix them or not. Also, I get up set when people blame children for their problems...like not having kids will magically make your life so much better.
Always stay true to yourselves and what you say you believe in! I'm so glad you didn't make your courting and wedding into a circus. You both stayed true to yourselves.
What do you mean? Their courtship and wedding were filmed and televised. They went on the Today show to do a gender reveal of their baby. They tried to have a spin-off show. They would likely have had more media presence if people were interested. Fans just seem to be more interested in a Duggar girl than Josh. So they have and continue to turn their lives into a media circus. Josh took a job based upon him having a media presence, no matter how limited the audience is. Their entire livelihood depends on the media circus.
Eat healthy and exercise! It honors god when you take care of the healt He has given you@ you owe it to eachother and your beautiful children to have long healthy lives! Congratulations on your blessed 6th year of marriage!
It's always good to have an occasional date night, that the two of you spend time alone. I know you guys love your children, but you need time alone with each other too.

That's your view 37 but it detracts from their value by being harsh. Josh and Anna are a precious couple who have been gracious to share their story. My life has been greatly enriched by watching shows about them. Josh has truly got family values at heart and is in a job about that. I've been greatly encouraged by hearing Josh give speeches on the value of human life from conception to the natural end on earth.
We just celebrated 10 years of marriage with 4 daughters, 4 different houses lived in, and 6 different jobs/businesses owned between the 2 of us. I can sincerely say that lean on Jesus and put your spouse first, and the best is yet to come! God bless you guys, thanks for your witness and testimony for Christ.
