New episodes of 19 Kids and Counting return to TLC on September 2nd, and as always, there are a lot of changes in store for the Duggar family. ReplyDeleteI think Josh and Anna will be moving closer to the Duggar family I think they miss them too much. I also think Ben and Jessa will be getting engaged soon. Anna may be pregnant with number 4. It would not surprise me if Jill is pregnant before the season is over. Their could be plans for another wedding, Jessa and Ben. Love the Duggars can't wait to see them in the new season.

2. They get a puppy.
3. They have a yard sale.
4. They move back to Arkansas.
Maybe they decide to adopt a child since they do their Mission Trips that include orphan kids.
DeleteNo pets! Their 2 kittens got put outside and that scares me! Anna is really a great housekeeper and as she said, "Pets make messes" The downsizing is unlikely cause they would like more children and their current home is large enough. Moving back to Arkansas is not likely considering Josh's job is really what he likes! The yard sale is possible but it most likely won't happen cause what they appear to have is fairly new in the house. Hmmmmm. Happy ideas though!

I began watching the show this year. This morning I saw "A Duggar Loss" for the first time. I cried as if I had lost my own child throughout this episode! The faith, strength, and love this family has is absolutely amazing!! What a wonderful inspiration each of you are to all of us!! I look forward to watching more, smiling with their joyous times, and praying during their difficult times. What a blessing! ❤
ReplyDeleteI think Josh and Anna will buy a house near DC making their move more permanent. I think Jessa & Ben will get to know each other better this year and I think Jill will discover she is expecting. I think Jana will meet someone special.

ReplyDeleteAs of April at the ATI Big Sandy conference, Anna was not pregnant. Anna's sister, Priscilla, is pregnant though. And the Bates' new daughter-in-law, Whitney, is expecting a baby in October. So...since this upcoming season was filmed mostly between Jill's engagement and wedding (End of March through end of June), I think it's safe to say there will not be a pregnancy announcement from Josh and Anna this season.
ReplyDeleteAlso, Josh and Anna still lived in DC as of end of April, so it could be that they are moving to Arkansas, but not until the end of the season, at least.
ReplyDeleteJosh and Anna will be getting a family pet (cat, dog, etc), Jessa and Ben...a possible engagement, Jana or John-David will be in a courtship, Jill and Derrick will be expecting their first child and the announcement will come at the end of this upcoming season.

Well, I think Josh and Anna will find out they are going to have another baby and they find out she'll be having twins. Of course Jessa and Ben will get engaged, Jill will announce she's expecting, maybe John David or Jana will begin courtships, and who knows, maybe the Lord will bless Jim Bob and Michelle with another little one.

(2) John-David announces he has been courting for a while and they are getting engaged - and no, TLC is not invited to the wedding. (3) Jim-Bob is approached by one of the Alert leaders about courting Jana and they plan on settling in Big Sandy (4) Jill & Derrick are expecting. (5) Jessa and Ben decide that they are great friends but decide not to proceed to an engagement. Jessa then goes on a mission to Central America where she meets this fantastic missionary and elopes... okay maybe that's getting carried away a bit. ReplyDeleteRegarding Jana she seems like a sweet old soul and a little bit shy. If she is in a courtship I can see her being more private/reserved than her siblings are. I think Jana's sweet and Godly temperament is precious and if she decides to be more private in her courtship I just pray others will respect her or any Duggar who chooses to be low key about their courtships :)

I hope jill and Derek aren't pregnant! I hope they get to spend sometime just the 2 of them to really build their relationship. Maybe travel and be missionaries. I think Jana is courting but doesn't want it public she seems very private. I hope jessa and Ben get engaged. I think josh and Anna will get a pet. I doubt they'll move josh seems to like his job. I hope we see more of the middle kids this season!

ReplyDeleteI think I read somewhere that Josh and Anna moved to a different home. It sure seemed that those outside steps to ground level on the rental house were a challenge. Otherwise, it was a nice large home. Hope they are happy in their new place.
ReplyDeleteI hope there are no more babies. Jim Bob and Michelle, as well as Josh and Anna all have more than enough. Also, Jill is way too young to have a baby. She should enjoy being in her 20s and having time alone with Derick before doing something so drastic. If the timing is right and if they are right for each other, hopefully Ben and Jessa get engaged.

I'm finding it quite humorous to read through everyone's predictions of what will happen in the upcoming season..... Y'all do realize that even though the new season starts in September, filming is most likely already done, right? Jill will announce a pregnancy? Um, seeing as how she wasn't married til late June, she would have JUST found out several weeks ago (at most) if she was pregnant. Sorry to burst your bubble. :)

ReplyDeleteAnonymous 70: in the past, when the season ends and filming wraps, if something "new" and "unexpected" happens, I've noticed JB or Michelle will go on the commentary video and talk about whatever it was that "popped up" ala Ben and Jessa courting after they filmed the flea market episode. So, it's possible they will end the season with an announcement that Jill's expecting. This of course sets the stage for the next season and keeps us hanging on the edge of our seats/couches LOL!
I belive that in the new season....

2. When Jana is in DC she begins a courtship
3. Anna is pregant with number 4
4. Michelle and Jim-Bob decide to adopt a a child.
5. Jessa and Ben decide that they are two different people so they decide to not go father in the courtship and just be friends.
6. The last episode will show Jill saying that she is pregnant with her 1st child. (She isn't pregnant again she will find out that she is pregant in early-middle October)
I find it very ironic that so many people think Jill is too young or has not been married long enough to get pregnant, and at the same time, they think that Jessa and Ben should get engaged. Engagement leads to marriage, and then marriage leads to pregnancy. Children are the main blessing of marriage. Obviously Jill and Derick will want children and I don't doubt that Jessa and Ben will be any different as soon as they're married.

I know someone who married in her early 30s, had her first child at 35, put off having another for a couple of years, only to find she could not get pregnant again. You and your ovaries(!) are at their prime in the 20s. Why waste those years???

ReplyDeletemy guess is josh & anna will adopt a pet. they will not be announcing a pregnancy because on her birthday, anna said she was 'content where she was in life and that god knows how to plan a family better than her and josh do' after she confirmed she was not pregnant at the time. that was only the end of june so no, dont think she's pregnant now.

my other predictions are possible courtships; jana, john-david and/or joseph. we haven't heard as much about these three lately so it would be wonderful to hear more about them.
dont know if this is hype or what but i had read michelle was pregnant. since last season ended with them seeing the doctor, i suspect the subject will come up later in the season with an announcement

I don't think they'd make such a fuss over a cat or dog addition. They had a kitten when MacKenzie was little and it was like the focus for 5 minutes of the show and that was it.

Everyone forgets that filming is way behind - they're probably almost done with filming! If you haven't heard it in the news, there's probably no babies in those episodes.
@Anonymous Remember that those Duggar kids grew up in a different culture of their own, and to them 20 something is not to young to start a family. If it feels right to them then they should.Anna loves being a young mommy.Whatever this lovely family decides to do then I'm all for it.The Lord has a big say so too,right?:-):-):-)

ReplyDeleteI think that the opinion about Jill waiting a bit for children is because she has had no life experience outside of being a daughter in this large family. Most people out there in the real world see the need for her to have some time for herself to grow up and experience life as it for herself and now with Derick. A child isn't a hobby, it is a full time, 24/7 life commitment. Jill has already been committed to her "buddies", ie siblings and waiting a bit would be an emotionally healthy thing for them to do.

As we see this show, although scripted, the life changes that occur are actually real and they are not portraying a TV character. People should not play with their lives and toss them around.

O m goodness, I've been waiting, and waiting, and can't belive its alomost time, I'm super super excited that its not to far from the season premier, of my most fav show, I love this family so very much, and just can't wait, I love the duggars, and I'm so very happy to get to see this most special time of their life when they get to send their first daughter off into the world, and hopefully another one not too far behide, I can't say it enough I love the duggars. Cant wait to see them, in sep Michelle and I have the same bday, o I love them. Too excited over here.

ReplyDeleteI think josh and Anna move back to Arkansas. Iblp and ati are both very firm about family relationships. And with their family growing, they probably feel it is important to have family closer. I think by the end of the season both her and jill will be pregnant.

And jessa and Ben become engaged. If they aren't already. I've suspected it for ages. He has no real reason to move closer. If josh and Anna could maintain an interstate courtship, then I see no reason why jessa and Ben can't cope with living a couple of hours apart.
