Nice. I must say though that Jana's looks more natural then Jill's. I think it's the smile.

ReplyDeleteWow. What I think is amazing is that these are made on Microsoft paint just from looking off of the real photo, on a plain white canvas...not putting the original photos in a photo editor?!? wow!!!

ReplyDeleteThey don't have perms. They have naturally curly hair. Watch their hair tutorial.
DeleteThe Duggar ladies all know how to perm and cut hair. On occasion they have had perms.
DeleteThey used to perm their hair all the time, it was shown on one of their earlier seasons.You can tell the difference between their permed hair and when they stopped and let it loosen to their natural hair that they just curl now.They perm Michelle hair too.

DeleteNot to be rude, but have you ever tried to free hand in Paint using a mouse? I have & it's dificult and I can draw & paint on canvas. Research images rendered on the computer. Many are more life like depending on the software and utensil used. This person did a pretty good job & is probably proud of her efforts so let's be uplifting.

Though, I'm afraid that it may be impossible to be able to capture that Angelic light that shines from these most precious daughters of God or the unfathomable beauty of character enclothed in these lovely young ladies; especially, my personal favorite- Jana.

To Anonymous 44 and 48, Ben seewald is still a child in his mind (we all know that men mature slower than women). He said something very rash and offending to the Catholic Church. I'm not a catholic so I don't know how that would make me feel but I do know that it was very offensive. I don't think that Ben needs to apologize but I do think he needs to learn from what a big deal he is making and understand that now, readers and watchers of 19 Kids and Counting are going to be more hesitant if he is the right guy for jessa. If you want to read what he has done, I've attached an article below. :) I still love the duggars and I think these pictures are awesome! Great job to whoever did them!!!

Isn't a screaming comment that Ben needs to apologize on a blog where it is not relevant sort of in poor taste? What does that have to do with these computer paintings of Jill and Jana?
ReplyDeleteThe commenters problem is that they desperately want vent their comment so they just stick it here because it is the closest they think they can get to a place to make that remark.
Lily and Ellie are there any other places that you know of that people can post some of the comments that they want to make that are not related to the current blog post?
Ben needs to apologize because, in a Facebook post last week after returning from his recent mission trip, he stated that Catholics and those who practice Voodoo are persecuting Christians in Honduras. When he received comments telling him that Catholics are Christians, and some which indicated offense that Ben had linked Catholicism and Voodooism, he then posted a clarifying statement that the Catholics responsible are not sanctioned by the Roman Catholic Church and he does not think that the Pope would approve of their actions.
ReplyDeleteWhen Ben continued to receive backlash, he posted a third statement listing what he thinks are three teachings of the Catholic Church, and he said that those who believe as Catholics do are "in deadly error." Unfortunately, the three teachings of Catholicism that he listed are NOT teachings of the Catholic Church, but anyone reading his post who does not understand this religion would believe that they are.
I think that, since this is a public forum about the Duggar Family, and Ben is regularly portrayed on their television show, that readers have the right to post any comments relating to this family, and/or their show - as long as they are in good taste and are not offensive.

I feel like this post about the portrait paintings is a waste. I'd much rather see some real pictures of the younger Duggars. Last I heard there are still 17 other Duggar children living at home. ?
