To celebrate Jim Bob Duggar's 49th birthday yesterday, Josh and Anna Duggar and their kiddos, as well as Jana Duggar, who is visiting her brother and sister-in-law in Washington D.C., and a few friends enjoyed dessert from Georgetown Cupcake. Although Jim Bob (also know as "Pops") wasn't with them, the group wanted to do something to honor the Duggar dad on his 49th birthday.

I think Jana is courting someone in the DC area. She's spent a lot of time there recently, and she's wearing a heart pendant necklace - which seems to be the quintessential gift join entering a courtship.
ReplyDeleteIt's a shame that the Duggar sisters will never be allowed to do anything like these two sisters from DC Cupcakes and open their own business together. Don't they realize that they are missing out on life?
ReplyDeleteI'm 100 percent positive that the Duggar girls dont feel like they are missing out on life.They have done more than most young girls have at that age.If u followed them and were a fan then you would know.I wish I have seen as much culture and done godly unselfish deeds as they have.Infact I am 44yrs. old and i can learn alot from these girls and i have become a better Christian for it.They have a very full and satisfying life that most could only dream of,including myself.Bless u all...I know he has blessed that kind ,sweet, loving, giving,unselfish,humble, hard working,phenomenal,totally awesome family! That would be so great if Jana was courting someone. maybe they are just waiting to announce it until near the beginning of the next season. Jill and Derick were courting for a bit before it was announced by the family. If I remember correctly.
ReplyDeleteI too was also wondering whether Jana was courting someone in DC. She was there recently with Joseph and now with Jennifer Hartono. I know the Duggars don't like to send their kids out on long trips by themselves, but with Jana being 24 you'd think the only reason she has someone with her on both occasions would be due to needing a chaperone. I love Jana so I hope to hear of a courtship soon!

DeleteJill was posting "weekiversary" photos of their first, second and third werks as husband and wife on instagram. I believe she stopped doing this because now they've been married over a month. :-)

Running small businesses was one of the ways Jim Bob and Michelle started out together to earn their own living. Anna has already assisted Josh with his car sales business. The Duggars put on a huge yard sale with the aid of all of their children and volunteers from the community and donated the proceeds to assist others in the hospital like they had been. I saw the Duggar children with a lemonade stand. Jim Bob commented in a show that Michelle was very determined in the process of writing the books about their family. The girls already wrote a book. If Jill continues in midwifery that will be a form of business. These true examples are facts the Duggars

Despite what some have said Michelle Duggar has shown us what it is like to be a wife, raise kids and also pursue other interests.She has helped with the businesses that they have had,written books and also travels for speeches. Most people with only a few children would not have take this on.
