Wow, Derrick is so nice! Jill is really lucky. I like the way his father is reading the newspaper all the time, by the way. I hope they will not have super many children, only a handful very adorable ones, and they will still have time for themselves.
ReplyDeleteHis mother seems like a lovely woman and a modern one to boot. I like her. But,,,why would she be glad her son is marrying so soon after returning from 2 years abroad and just getting his career started? I don't think they share the Duggar extreme beliefs and lifestyle. What is his mom's opinion?

ReplyDeleteI love this family! I just celebrated my 11th wedding anniversary and this show made me remember what our love was like in the beginning. I am going to strive to get that feeling back and feel that excited about possibilities again!!

ReplyDeleteDerick's Mom looks like she is getting a little choked-up in this video (when Derick is discussing the best way to conceal the ring.) I think that it's neat that Jill's own Dad played "Cupid" here! Hope that someday, someone special will write a song for me and dedicate it to me. Derick and Jill seem super-happy together, very much in love, and perfect for each other. She just radiates when she's around him! : )
