Oh my word all those sisters are so beautiful! And Jessa and Ben are absolutely adorable! :) Anyway of knowing how Jessa did her hair, specifically in the first picture?

ReplyDeleteToo bad the tour is almost over. What these girls are doing is great. Honestly way back in time most Moms would not even tell an older girl what was involved in becoming a woman. Some girls were taken by shock and only the hour at school in late grade six told some girls what they had already been through. Those girls are the Moms of todays young women and I doubt many of them were any better at explaining to their daughters and sons what life is about than their closed mouthed parents were. I know I wasn't. Nobody talks]ed about anything but shopping.

ReplyDeleteThe way Ben looks at Jessa is a look of pure adoration and love. It's clear he loves her. And the second to last photo is one of their Spartanburg signing, which I attended :) it was wonderful.

ReplyDeleteThese girls are so inspiring. And so is the rest of the family and in particular Jim Bob and Michelle. If I had my life to live again, I would make choices like they did. How wonderful as a married couple to be of one accord in serving the Lord. They have raised and are raising their children in such an admirable honorable way. God Bless them all. And Jessa is beautiful. All the girls are. I wish them every happiness.

Uhm. To some of the commenters criticizing Ben on following them on the book tour, you need to know that the pictures of Ben and Jessa posted have been taken out of their respective contexts. If you follow Ben on Facebook, it is clear that he did not follow them on the book tour - he posted these pictures with captions expressing how he had been missing Jessa (while she is on the book tour) and was looking forward to seeing her the coming weekend (at Josiah's ALERT graduation, which he did attend).

ReplyDeleteWhat does it matter of Ben was at the book signing or not? For all or some? HOW AWESOME that he is supporting Jessa and all the ladies with their new book.... We don't know what value he brings to the family and why they included him! Maybe he is helping keep the younger boys busy or driving the bus for awhile. Hasn't any of you EVER Taken a break from WORK? Why is it such a surprise that Ben would take time off to support them!
