ReplyDeleteI have seen all of them :)
ReplyDeleteIve seen this one. its good and a little informative. but their vision for their home is almost word for word out of the Jim Sammons financial freedom seminar.
ReplyDeleteNot saying there is anything wrong with that. But sometimes it seems they make statements right out of IBLP teaching. almost word for word everytime. And i like IBLP and the Duggars. But hearing them come up with their own veiws would come across better.
I've seen them all up until we moved to Australia 2 years ago!
ReplyDeleteMaybe 20? don't have cable so catch it when I can at my parents. Love the Duggar family. Love Michelle's sweet spirit! She really is inspirational! Really didn't think I would be intrigued by this show, but I love the family!
ReplyDeleteI've seen almost every episode.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that many, unfortunately, because I live in Australia now and the episodes are not aired where I live. But when I lived in the U.S., I watched them whenever I could.

ReplyDelete185 TV shows and 5 documenteries before the TV show :) xx

ReplyDeleteI absolutely love the Duggar family and there zeal for God. I admire them greatly. I started watching the Duggars a couple years ago. We don't have tv so whatever is on youtube is what I get to see. Thanks for running this blog. I check it everyday.
ReplyDeleteHospitality? When the Duggars invite others to their home, they order pizza for 40..nothing wrong with that, but certainly not the kind of hospitality worth making a DVD about!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen very many, but my daughter loves this show and she would love this video.
ReplyDeleteclarskrfun at gmail dot com

I didn't see where to answer the question so I'll do it here! I have seen all but 8 or 9 episodes of the Duggars (including specials). The 8 or 9 is because they're not on YouTube! We don't have TV so I depend on the wonderful people who post them on YouTube.
ReplyDeleteRebecca
ReplyDeleteI have seen every episode & I love to watch this family because they have the same family values as my family & they live for the Lord as me & my family try to, it is a blessing to see there are other folks who are walking in the light of Gods word.

ReplyDeleteI think almost every episode! Love it!!
ReplyDeleteWe don't normally pay to get cable T.V...so I was able to watch the Duggars seasons 1-3 on Netflix, and then portions of this last season as well, because we had cable for 2 months!! We just got rid of it, but my husband didn't cancel it until we got to watch the special show with baby Marcus. :) Congrats to Josh & Anna-and family!!!
ReplyDeleteI've watched most of the shows that have been uploaded to youtube!

ReplyDelete"word for word" = plagiarism and there is something really wrong with that!
I have not missed a single one! I've seen all specials and episodes since debut.
ReplyDeleteI've seen all of their shows. :)
ReplyDeleteI just had to say something. I don't want to, but feel compelled to. Pretty well everything in this DVD is from Jim Sammons. You can join Embassy Institute online for $9 per month and hear a LOT of really wonderful seminars...not just one thing on hospitality. With the code 2013, you can even get a month for free. It's worth trying out, some of the seminars can be life-changing. That said, it is entirely possible to attend the same church as this family for half a year or more and not once ever be invited over to their home. It is also not uncommon, in a real life setting, for some of the kids not to once ever introduce themselves to you. It's not a one time deal. It's seeing them nearly every Sunday, but the ones the same ages as your own kids won't even tell them hello. We care about this family greatly, and they are wonderful Christian people. But, they really are not able to do a lot of the things that they preach anymore. They are gone practically every week on some trip or other. Hospitality has been reduced to whatever looks good on the t.v. show, I'm afraid. Child training, it is lacking. Michelle has been quoted to say that she would not allow her children to be shy and that they should always shake a hand and introduce themselves. We have only seen this in a very small handful of their children in real life, though. Just needed to share that they are not perfect, and I think the money would be better spent at Embassy hearing for yourselves the wonderful teachings rather than just hearing them repeat what they learned years ago. Love the Duggars, but they are not what they used to be.
ReplyDeleteI have seen all episodes at least twice. I started from the beginning and am about half way through for a third time.
ReplyDeleteAmber M.
I think I have seen every episode before this season and most of the episodes from this season. We are so thankful that the Duggars open up their home to the public like this.

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen every episode, but I have seen quite a few! About 80%, I'd say
ReplyDeleteI've seen Season 1...Season 2...Season 3.....Just love the shows.... You are such an inspirational family~
ReplyDeleteA lot! I remember back seeing their first documentary! I remember being so speechless. I grew up a Christian and I was not raised that way. Well, all I have to say is praise The Lord for His grace. I appreciate the fact that no one can really argue with them. They are so loving and kind to EVERYONE and they truly live their testimony. I understand people have different "convictions", but clearly, the believe children are a blessing!
ReplyDeleteHospitality...I'd love to hear that talk. I know it must be tricky to have people there a lot of the time. And making others feel welcome, and coordinating it all and paying for it all. But, I'm sure she comes from a very biblical perspective, which would be great to hear.
I'm thankful for the Duggars! I know my kids are too.
Well, I wrote a long comment and it disappeared.
ReplyDeleteBasically, we've watched the all! :)
I believe I have seen most episodes, with the exception of maybe the first season. - Mary Arnett

My husband & I have 10 children with #11 on the way, and it would just bless my heart to own this dvd! I am so excited for the opportunity ;-)

ReplyDelete-Cassidy S.
I am so pleased to read comments by so many other people who also watch 19 Kids and Counting. Like many, I have watched every show. Since I do not have cable, I buy them on itunes , which means that I can rewatch each show whenever I want to - which is often!
ReplyDeleteI've seen all of the first 2 seasons, after that, sporadic, because we don't have cable. But I love the show.
ReplyDeleteAll of them several times!
ReplyDeleteBeth S.
Our family has enjoyed many Duggar episodes, as they are delightful for the whole family to view!
ReplyDeleteHope well, I am aware that it may be plagarism, bu that all depends. Michelle will often give out notes etc when she speaks. They also know Jim Simmons personally. And no, they do not benefit from sales of his seminar. They always seem to make sure they credit the right people when they make a statement. And that may not of been shown in the DVD, but in the credits. Thats not something I checked. By the way, your name sounds familiar, and not just from this blog, I'm sure I have seen either your screen name or someone similar on free jinger or NLQ. Correct me if I'm wrong. But if I'm right, you people sure do like to clutch at straws don't you? The Duggars are very careful about keeping an honest reputation. I doubt they would make the mistake of taking someone else's credit.
ReplyDeleteI have seen all of the ones aired in Australia, which is only a few months after Michael was Born Tanya Gibson @Tan76
ReplyDeleteAll of them! :)
ReplyDeletepretty much every single episode!
ReplyDeleteI have seen all of the 17 and 18 kids and counting seasons but we don't have TV anymore. I watched them when you put them on here but missed all last season. I do enjoy them very much, though!

ReplyDeleteI started watching the duggars when they just did specials on tv. I remember also watching when Jackson was born because the were deciding between the names Judah Benjamin and Jackson Levi. That's was a while ago! There's been a bunch born since then but it's been fun watching them from the start!
