Watch the last part of the Duggars' overseas expedition, tonight on TLC.
The Duggars are off to Beijing, China. The family of 25 struggles to navigate the city’s subway system and make it to Tiananmen Square, where they become a tourist attraction themselves. A trip to the Great Wall of China and a local village give the Duggars a traditional Chinese experience and a chance for Jim Bob to show off his haggling skills as the family collects souvenirs. And no trip to China is complete without experiencing some traditional foods, including Peking duck and the more exotic, scorpion! At the end of the trip, Jana and Jill put their midwifery training to work when a member of the television crew suddenly goes into labor. And the family has one final stop – a visit to an orphanage, which is sure to be remembered.
Why do you think that the Duggars' trip to the orphanage "is sure to be remembered?"

I hope they are adopting! I doubt it, but ya never know!! I also am excited to see anna reveal the pregnancy!
ReplyDeleteMichelle has said previously that Their eyes have been opened to adoption. So maybe they are adopting.
ReplyDeletefrom scotland
They adopt a little girl named Journey!
ReplyDeleteis anna and josh gonna find out the results of the pregnancy test in china? can't wait to watch it online
ReplyDeleteDid the Duggars adopt a child? That would be so cool! That's my guess.
ReplyDeleteThey are adopting! Hopefully.
ReplyDeleteI thought there would be more than 3 episodes about their trip to Asia! The Japanese TV was showing a lot more!
ReplyDeleteI hope they are adopting cant wait till tonight show.

ReplyDeleteJust wondering how you know they adopt a girl named Journey??? Thanks!
Also can someone PLEASE upload this to youtube for those of us inside the US?
thanks!
Sarah
I hope they didn't adopt a baby while they were there. The older girls have enough to do without having to take on the responsibility of another child.
ReplyDeleteThey're adopting?!??! OMG i didn't know that!
ReplyDeleteI just read on people that they are considering adoption
ReplyDeleteis their a trailer?
ReplyDeleteNo they did not adopt a little girl named Journey, that's a false rumor.
ReplyDeleteThe Duggars will not be permitted to adopt a Chinese chold. China prohibits the adoption of Chinese children to a couple that has a combined age over 80. China also prohibits the adoptions of Chinese children to Americans that do not maintain an appropriate Body Mass Index (BMI), which as you can see Jim Bob and Michelle do not maintain. They could buy a child illegaly but not adopt. China also does not recognize children born without permission so they can not be legally "adopted"
ReplyDeleteI'm confused. I've heard stuff about them adopting a girl called journey but how do you know that?
ReplyDeleteIs there going to be more episodes after the Japan trip? I bough the season on iTunes thinking there will be more episodes.
ReplyDeleteWhose baby did they go see in China?
ReplyDeleteJim bob kept saying "24". I count 25....did someone not go?
ReplyDelete19 kids
2 parents
1 grandma
2 grandkids
1 daughter-in-law
Baby Michael didn't need a ticket
DeletePlease do not post things on here that you do not know for sure is correct! The Duggars didn't adopt a little girl! :( but I hope they do one day!!
ReplyDeleteI wonder why people think it would be wonderful if the Duggars adopt? Not that they do not have enough love; but they do have plenty of children. The older daughters who perform most of the child and home care must be thinking about moving on within their own lives, too. Adoption is a beautiful thing; but saddling your older children with, yet, another child at this point seems selfish to me.
ReplyDeleteWe've not seen any extra children at church lately.

ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous,
Season 7 of "19 Kids and Counting" starts next Tuesday, April 2nd.
~Lily and Ellie
For the person who mentioned the BMI, please realize that the current season of this show was many months ago. Michelle is actually VERY tiny now. She has lost a LOT of weight. Jim Bob has lost some, too. And, Josh has also lost quite a few pounds. They look great!
