According to the NCDC, the historical likelihood of the Duggars celebrating a white Christmas is less than 10%. In fact, Tulsa, Oklahoma--a city that lies two hours due west of the Duggars--has received a measurable amount of snow on Christmas Day only four times since the year 1875. If everything goes as predicted, December 25, 2012, will be a day for the record books!
Are you expecting a White Christmas? If you are, be sure to check out the Duggars' recipe for snow ice cream.
Merry Christmas from our family to yours!
What a well written, interesting post! I love the fact about snow fall in Tulsa. How interesting! You tied it all together nicely with the snow ice cream reference :) Maybe you should major in journalism!

Do you happen to know whether the Duggars receive their mail and respond to them? I have sent mail to their private home adress and to their mailbox. E.g. a christmas and New Year wish. Hopefully they'll receive it because it has travelled such a long time/distance.
Merry Christmas to you!

ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous,
TLC hasn't announced the official start date for "19 Kids and Counting," but they did assure us that the show will return in 2013.
Happy New Year!
Lily and Ellie
@N.
ReplyDeleteHi N,
The Duggars do their best to read all of their mail/emails, but they are not able to respond to every person.
Happy New Year!
Lily and Ellie

ReplyDeleteThank you for your reply. We'll see what happens!
We barely got a dusting of snow in NW Arkansas. People south of us got it pretty bad, though.
