  3. Oh man, that's so sad! I remember having to tell our kids when we lost a baby-- that was the absolute hardest part about the miscarriage! Seeing their devastated faces was heartbreaking.

  6. Michelle the pain on your face is heartbreaking to see. Know that you and your family are lifted in prayer as often as I think of you... and that is many times a day. I look forward to meeting your precious little Jubilee one day in heaven. She is forever safe in Jesus' arms.

  7. Any idea when they will be back with a new season?? I've heard rumblings that they are being 'replaced' with the Bates show and won't be back at all?? :(

  8. I lost a baby at 13 weeks back in 2009. I'm so thankful that my older child was too young to know what was going on and I never had to break the news to her! I cannot even imagine how hard that is. I'll be watching tonight with my tissue box (and maybe some chocolate and ice cream!) in hand and ready to bawl my eyes out.

  10. Duggers, I totally feel your pain, we lost our baby girl at 28 weeks. She lived for 5 days. This happened OCT 2010, and my heart still aches for her. She touched so many lives in such a short time. We have started a foundation to help families in need and it's named after her. God has used our family to help other people who has gone through the same. We had the same song played at Ella Grace's funeral too. I still play it and cry. We have just had our 3rd child a little girl two weeks ago. Her name is Alle Faith. Alle is Ella backwards, our 7 year old named her. He had a hard time when we lost Ella, but helped me so much with the loss too. I would just spend hours holding him. Know God has a plan for our lives, and we have to go through storms in life. Praise you in this Storm is a good song too. casting Crowns sing it. God bless you all.

  12. on one hand, I REEEAAALLLYYY want to see this episode. But on the other hand, I'm glad i wont get to see it till it's either on you tube or on dvd. I just watched season 4 on dvd and that was sad enough! It seems no matter what comes her way though, Michelle seems to cope fairly well. I'd be a mess. I'll wait for lily and Ellie to finish their share of crying and do a recap for us. It's times like these you need a big box of Kleenex and an even bigger box of chocolate. (icecream is a suitable substitute.) lol

  13. It's over already? I remember season 2 and 3 had over 20 ep each.

Whats happened? Maybe they want to focus on the campaign trail. Oh Well bring on the Bates. Does anyone know if the Bates are on iTunes yet or if they will?

    Thanks

  23. Dear Duggar Family,
I want to thank you for tonight's show. We watched your grief firsthand...and because of your faith, you also glorified our Lord! I thank God for your testimony tonight. I so appreciate your willingness to share your family with your viewers. Your children are a true testimony of God's faithfulness to His children. Tonight's episode was a reminder to me of the niece I lost last spring. She was with us for 26 days. We echoed your sentiments of thankfulness for the time God gave us with her. I remember the day before she passed away, It hit me that our sweet Maggie was going to get to actually walk with our Jesus. She was going to sing with Him! For the first time in my life, I longed to be with Jesus. Now, I know that everytime I sing to my Jesus, i'm worshipping with our Maggie...and your Jubilee and your Caleb, and my own miscarriage, and all of the other sweet babies that are holding down a corner of heaven for us. Thank you for proclaiming the gospel boldly. God bless you and your family in your grief, and may He continue to bless you in His plans for you.
    Your sister in Christ,
    Amy Davis

  25. I also just finished watching the Season Finale. I just wanted to get on and say, "Thank you!" to the Duggars for sharing their story. It is a wonderful reminder about how God's grace is sufficient in every trial, even though it doesn't necessarily make our trials easier. What a blessing despite the pain. God bless!

  30. Dear Duggar family: I am so sorry for your loss of your baby girl. I knew this one was going to be a difficult one to watch. I, as a rule, do not cry very much. I cried almost all of the way through this episode. I knew what was coming, but with the cameras rolling, it made it very real. You all come in and bless our homes with your lives and how you lead your families through all of this, and you still feel that you showed this. I know sometimes, that talking about a loss is healing, and I am hoping very much that you have had some healing. Stay strong. God Bless. ~ Carrie

  35. Dearest Duggar family, watching your show last night reawakened the memories I had when I found out that you had lost little Jubilee. I was in the hospital, giving birth to my own little girl, Lorelei on Dec 9th. When I had read that you had lost her on one of the social networks, I fervently said a prayer for you and yours. I am so sorry for your loss. I , too, have expirienced such a loss earlier in my life, but as you well know, blessed be the name of the Lord. Everything is as He has choosen for each of us. God bless you. Sorry for writing this so late, but just watching your show last night really hit home. You guys are so wonderful. A family we can really look up to. I hope and pray that you all are moving ahead, and are at peace.

  39. The Lord giveth, and the Lord takerh away. Blessed be the Name of the Lord. I watched the heartbreaking episode with thanksgiving to the Lord and gratitude for this family of His followers. I have been through two preterm births and three miscarriages. I have three healthy children. Michelle and Jim Bob, you took me back to the hospital beds for each of my angels that have gone to glory with God. I wept for you, but I celebrated Jubilee's life with you. You taught an entire nation to love their children every minute because we don't know how long we will have with them. You also taught us to acknowledge miscarriage, stillbirth and preterm birth and death. Take photos. Post them. Have a service in your church. Grieve the way God allows! Show the world God's glory! Our precious children are only on loan from God, and we are to treasure these gifts as long as the Lord will allow. Your family inspires me. May God continue to comfort and keep you in the times ahead.

  42. My heart goes out to you and your family. When I had heard of the loss of your precious daughter I was so saddened for you. At the time I was praising God and thanking him for the tiny blessing he had given to us, only to also discover through an ultrasound that our tiny baby's heartbeat had stopped. No mother should ever have to feel that pain. To go into a doctors office thinking you are going to see this amazing little life growing and moving right under your heart, only to find out that that tiny life was lifted to the arms of God without even knowing. I was only 9 weeks when I lost my child and was not able to hold or see my baby. My heart aches every day for someone that I never got to meet, but knowing that our child is in the arms of God waiting for me helps. A dear friend sent this song to me and it has helped to heal a very deep wound. I hope it will also help you.

  43. If You don't mind my saying so. It's lovely y'all want to leave messages for the Duggars, but unfortunately this blog is not owned or operated by them or anyone that knows them personally. If you would like to leave a message for the Duggar family please do so at www.Duggarfamily.com You won't necessarily get a response but i know they appreciate each one.
This blog is owned anad operated by a mother and daughter team, who, just like you have an interest in the Duggars but have never met them personally. Your comments are appreciated but if your intention was to send a personal message to the Duggars, you have directed it to the wrong source.

  44. I'm sorry for the loss of your unborn child. However, you have a wonderful & healthy family. Why not re-dedicate yourselves to the 19 children you have already brought into this world? They need you too and they are growing up fast.
