Who could forget the destructive tornado that devastated Joplin on May 22nd? Definitely not the Duggars. Just hours after the storm blew over, Jim Bob and the older kids packed up van-loads of supplies, drove through the night, and spend hours helping rescue workers in Joplin (read more about their efforts here).
Watch them in action tonight on TLC--tune in for "19 Kids and Counting" Duggars Respond & Rescue at 9PM EST/8PM CST.
2011 has been a year of record storms for the Duggars. Click here to watch the family practice a disaster drill.
Is there a website with all there episodes for this season that I can watch? Since I don't TV anymore. Thanks! :)
ReplyDeleteHi Ali!
ReplyDeleteThe episodes are usually uploaded to YouTube a few weeks after they air. If you want to view them right away, they can be purchased individually on Itunes or Amazon for $1.99 each. Unfortunately, we have not yet heard of a website that posts the shows for free.
Hope this helps!

Go Duggars!
ReplyDeleteSome of the people in my church went over there to help too.
Rock On Duggars!
Thank you. I live in Joplin and was affected by the May 22nd tornado.
ReplyDeleteAt the bike shop Jana had on her right hand what appeared to be a diamond ring. Is she engaged?
ReplyDeleteSo excited! Watching the Duggars is always a good way to relax before exams!
ReplyDeleteThe ring was most likely Jana's gold purity ring, which symbolizes her commitment to stay pure before marriage. Each of the older Duggar girls has one, and they do look similar to an engagement ring or wedding band. The Duggars wear them on their left hand, but many girls choose to wear them on their right.

No, I've seen her gold purity ring; it was a small band on her left hand. This ring was big had a diamond and was on her right hand.
ReplyDeleteHere's a video where you can see it more clearly.

Unless Jana got a new purity ring and switched hands (which is possible), it's not that. However, engagement rings are worn on the left hand, and we heard very recently that none of the Duggars are courting. Jana and her sisters do enjoy costume jewelery, so the ring is most likely just for fun.

I often wear rings on my wedding finger and I am far from getting married. I was thinking of getting a purity ring myself!
ReplyDeleteAnyway living in Nebraska when tornado hits you go to the basement and stay away from glass windows if you have a basement which we do! I hate tornado season! I hate tornado's!
I was wondering since it seems like there will be two Duggar episodes airing on Tuesdays does this mean that episode #12 is the end of season 7?
ReplyDeleteIt looks like it just might be the end of the season. We are waiting for an official confirmation from TLC and will let you all know when we receive one.
