    She looks very healthy. I know she will have a normal life. My brother was born to early and he is a smart cookie. He had troubles when he was small because of being born to early. I can remember seeing him when he was first born hooked up to machines and how small he was like Josie. I was three at the time. Josie may have troubles early on in life but she can lead a normal life.

    Josie herself is very cute but the fake pigtails are kind of freakish looking. I'm an OB/GYN and know a lot of babies who are sometimes bald up to 2-3 years old. Leave the wig in a drawer and let her natural beauty shine through.

    I just looked on tlc's website and found a few new videos. One of them has Mackenzie in one of the hair things that Josie had on in the picture and it is TOO CUTE on her! You should check it out! :)
