With 19 Kids, the Duggars have a lot of high school graduations to look forward to! Just this past weekend, 17-year-old Jessa celebrated her graduation. Now Jim Bob and Michelle only have 14 (and counting!) more to go.

Congratulations to Jessa! Good girl! I know the Duggars kind of poopoo the straight from HS to college thing but I would love to see one of their kiddos go off to school someday. They are all such smart, hard workers, I know they would excell!
ReplyDeleteI remember my graduation... I remember it was very, very hot and I had to walk with a girl I barely knew, and knew only as someone who "got around". We managed to find something to chat about while we waited. I don't for the life of me remember what!
I heard one of the girls is playing the harp semi-professionally. That is awesome!
ReplyDeleteYeah but where does she get to go from here. Not college. How will she ever find a husband with hardly any outside communication except with the Wilsons and the other big family. I guess they will all marry from within.
ReplyDeleteThe Duggars believe in higher education. They encourage their kids to go where the Lord leads them. Jill is already thinking of becoming a nurse, Jana is looking into being a midwife or a music teacher, and Josh mentioned that he would like to pursue higher education at some point.

Congrats! I was homeschooled too, i just graduated a few months ago!! I wanna say i love watching your show its almost the only decent thing on! It's nice to see someone else who values purity (and i mean all purity, mind, body, spirt) its very hard to find teenagers who are like that (let alone friends) and its even harder on a young guy, people laugh and make fun but as Christians we are to set an example! Anyways thanks for being a awesome sister in Christ! 1 Timothy 4:12

The Duggars have done such a good job raising their children,better than couples who have only 1 or 2 children.Great things happen in your life when you keep God first!! Blessings!
