New Photos of Felicity!

Jinger Duggar Vuolo and Jeremy Vuolo

We know you have been waiting to see more photos of Felicity Vuolo. Guess what? Us Weekly just posted an article with a bunch of exclusive pictures, and they're beautiful!

See snapshots of new parents Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo enjoying their blessing from the Lord, as well as a photo of Michelle Duggar, Jessa Seewald, and Jinger Vuolo with the new arrival. Michelle and Jessa traveled down to Laredo to help the Vuolos with their little one. And get a peek at the Southwest-themed nursery, designed by Jana and Jessa.

In the article, Jinger shares the meaning behind Felicity's title, saying that it was "the name of a young Christian girl long ago who valiantly stood strong for her faith."

The Vuolos and Duggars are featured in the latest issue of Us Weekly.

    1. She looks more modern....still very modest, but current. Nice to see her lose the jean skirts and shirts and black stockings. She looks great!

  3. Did Michelle get a makeover? Her hair and style are different. She looks even younger than before!

    1. I personally don't think she looks that different apart from what she is wearing. Michelle is a good looking woman for her age but I think its a bit much to say she looks even younger than before, at best she looks like a woman in her late forties.

  4. She is a doll baby! She is a good combo of both. Jeremy looks totally smitten! I pray God's blessing on them both. I've always thought Jinger was beautiful, but she just looks more beautiful as a mom like she is in her element. God is good.

  9. Thank you for sharing! Felicity favors Jeremy with Jinger's nose; very intelligent & large hands means she'll probably be tall, too! Congratulations & blessed wishes! ❤

    1. You can tell she's very intelligent? I thought that required an IQ test at a much later date.

    2. IDK if we can tell how intelligent she is, but she sure is an alert little girl! My favorite pictures of her are when she is looking into her parents' eyes.
So happy for Jinger and Jeremy.

    3. 7:31, they probably requested that she not Ben given the eye goop at the hospital. I noticed Erin (Bates) Paines kids don’t get it either.

      Delete
    4. The eye goop is given if a baby needs it . Both my kids didn’t have it and all my friends kids didn’t ether.

      Delete
    5. What do you mean by "eye goop"?

      Delete
    6. I’m confused. What does Ben have to do with “eye goop”?

      Delete
    7. 8:12, that was a typo, it was supposed to say “be”, and 11:10, a lot of states require for you to be tested before you’re allowed to opt out.

  10. Felicity is really pretty and healthy looking❤️ Jinger looks great, too!
Michelle in an updated style dress is refreshing!!!

    1. Someone could have told Michelle her slip was showing, it spoiled the whole look of her dress by looking untidy.

      Delete
    2. Wow, so critical. That is not a slip. A lot of clothing these days have an added layer for style. I am pretty sure that if something wasn't supposed to show in the pics, someone would have picked up on it before it went to print in a major magazine...geez.

      Delete
    3. That probably isn't a slip........ !
Probably a skirt under the long top dress....
      Layers...that's the style now...

    4. I thought it was a modesty dress extender.

      Delete
    5. I don't think that's Michelle's slip. I think she's layering with a black skirt underneath.

      Delete
    6. I bet what you think is a slip,is really part of the dress.

      Delete
    7. Jana probably sewed it on.

      Delete
    8. Who wears slips anymore??

      Delete
    9. These girls who love their skirts and dresses had better know about slips! Especially when outside in bright light or on a windy day.

      Delete
    10. I do! :) In certain skirts or dresses you really need one.

  11. Really wish we could see these new photos in the UK, however when I click on the link all I get is a blank page 😢 & no beautiful pics of the happy family of 3. Please could you maybe post some pictures on this blog so your followers outside the US can see the new baby, as so far we have only seen the one photo of felicity with her little hospital ID bracelet on & in a pretty pink dress & flower headband & as lovely as it was to see her at all it would be even nicer to see more pictures if possible

    2. 8:43, you know what, it is extremely rude to say someone looks like they’re expecting before they’ve made an announcement. It’s bad enough when little kids ask people, but when adults who should know better do, it’s just tasteless.

      Delete
    3. I do not think Jessa could be expecting because they want to adopt and the youngest has to be 2 years old.

  14. Gorgeous folks ! Does the baby have a depressed fontanelle?

    1. Yep, but her head will be good as new in a few days.

    2. Anon 9:32 PM: The baby's head indicates a normal vaginal birth.

    3. All very sweet pictures in the US Weekly article. The only thing I don't like in the nursery picture is the hanging planter. That has to be removed before the baby is old enough to hang herself from it. Very dangerous!

      Delete
    4. Agree 110% @1:01. The nursery decorators should know better than that. A baby would grab for that then shove pieces of stringy rope in their mouth.

      Delete
    5. Im sure she will take it down once baby is moblie

      Delete
    6. Omg relax people! It's called the parents will remove things as baby starts to crawl, which will be a bit

  15. The pictures are beautiful. Felicity is so cute she looks like Jeremy he going to be a good father. Michelle and Jessa look good.

  18. What a beautiful family! Felicity is a blessing but Felicity is also blessed to have been born into such a loving, faith-filled, adoring family. I have a feeling that Felicity already has her daddy wrapped around her little finger. ☺️

  19. That nursery is gorgeous. Jana should start an interior design company!

  20. Try to put a finger on just what it was that captivated me when I first saw the Duggar show. It was getting drawn into Jim Bob and Michelle's way of being Christian parents. The matching eighties style long dresses, the comfort food diet, the home schooling, music lessons and blanket training! Their business life and the way they made progress. Then there was the family projects and outings. And why that was all so charming and comforting I guess was because they declared it was a lifestyle based on evangelical Christianity and reading and living the Bible they read together as a family and worshipped and praised together. That is what I get when I try to understand why I love the Duggars. Now it is great to follow the Children as they grow up and live their faith out too. But nobody gets our attention like Michelle did and I am sorry to see Michelle and Jim Bob in the background out of focus . But a darling newborn is precious and deserves all the attention!

  21. These are beautiful photos, but I'm always surprised to see the Duggars doing business with Us magazine. This tabloid threw the Duggars to the wolves over Josh's molestation. And reading that Jinger and Jeremy named the baby after a "young Christian girl who stood up for her faith"--that's got to be St. Felicity, who was martyred along with St. Perpetua and other Christians. St. Felicity is also the patron saint of mothers and expectant mothers.

    1. Yes, they mean Felicity who was martyred along with Perpetua and many others. Just curious, and I don’t mean this in a mean way at all, but I’m not Catholic so I don’t know, why do Catholics make random people “saints” or try to call them “Catholic saints” (when they weren’t even Catholic)? Like where did the idea come from and when did it start?

      Delete
    2. It was In Touch Weekly that threw the Duggars to the wolves, not US Weekly.

      Delete
    3. InTouch was the tabloid that published the police report. US also wrote salacious gossip, People did too to a lesser extent, but InTouch was the one that the Duggars were suing for invasion of privacy.

    4. @Anonymous 2:30 PM
I am Catholic and I think it's nice you asked about saints :) Hopefully, I can answer you without my reply being too long. A saint is one who lived an extraordinarily holy life in extraordinarily close union with God. They were not perfect people or people to be worshiped. They are master teachers of the holy life by their example and good works. Jesus founded the Catholic Church and still runs it. He gave the Church the ability and authority to declare someone a saint by way of the canonization process. All people on Earth are called to sainthood, as Heaven is where the saints reside. If you would like further information, I would kindly direct you to catholic.org/saints. I hope I was able to answer some of your questions. God bless...

    5. 2:30 - Catholics recognize individuals who were significant to the Christian faith as saints. The Eastern Orthodox, Lutheran, Episcopal, and Methodist churches have also recognized significant Christians as saints. These individuals are not random people but exemplary believers who dedicated their lives to their faith.
Calling St. Felicitas a Catholic saint is in part to recognize that she was canonized a saint in the Catholic church. There are people recognized by Catholics as saints that are not in other denominations.
Other Christian denominations recognize Felicitas and Perpetua as early Christian martyrs as Catholic do. Even if we are different denominations, Felicitas and Perpetua are part of our shared Christian history.

      Delete
    6. 6:37 and 8:43, thank you for the explanations!

      Delete
    7. I thought they had to perform a miracle that was verified to be eligible for sainthood .

      Delete
    8. In regards to Church history and Sts. Felicity and Perpetua...Felicity and Perpetua were not a “different” Christian denomination. There were no denominations until much later. Everyone was catholic in the truest sense of the word because “catholic” means “universal”. There was no division of belief. If you go back to the early Christian Father’s (St. Ignatius of Antioch, Justin Martyr) you begin to see the universality of the Catholic faith that really didn’t break apart until the division in the Western and Eastern Christian empires...and of course the split during the Reformation. Catholics trace their lineage all the way back to Christ, 33AD.

    1. Agreed! Hoping its just there for the photo shoot.

    2. What's really funny is that in one of the People pictures of Jeremy, the plant hanger behind his head is Photoshopped out, but the shadow of it on the wall behind him is not! LOL

    3. They’ll probably move it before she’s ever old enough to reach it

      Delete
    4. That poses no threat to a baby who can't even stand yet. I'm sure as she gets older and can maybe reach it, it'll get moved.

  24. I LOVE the nursery. The ladies did a great job with that. Looks peaceful and not overly frilly.

  25. Can't see the article if you live outside of the US :(

    ReplyDelete
  26. Another note about saints: they were not always exemplary people. Many saints were terrible sinners and non believers in God. However, they have overcome difficult obstacles in their lives and have prevailed triumphantly to become Christian examples. Anyone is called to sainthood; even the worst of the worst sinners. Saints are examples of that, too. Once again, Catholics DO NOT WORSHIP SAINTS OR ANY OTHER ONE BUT THE BLESSED TRINITY THAT IS GOD..Father, Son and Holy Spirit. Please put those other conception behind you, folks.

  27. I agree about the nursery. I don’t see why people are applauding Jessa & Jana’s decorating skills. It looks ordinary & colorless. Babies respond to bright colors. Move the plant also.

  28. I expected these photos to be in People magazine (the usual Duggar source) so am wondering if they have switched to US Weekly? Or is it just Jinger and Jeremy that have switched?
