What have the Duggars been up to this month? Scroll through these snapshots to find out...
First off, here's a new photo of Marcus Duggar (three years old) and Michael Duggar (five years old). The plaque on the wall says: "Love one another as I have loved you, John 15:12."
This aerial shot shows Josie Duggar, Johannah Duggar, and Jordyn Duggar enjoying breakfast at the Duggars' kitchen counter over the weekend.
Football season has begun! During Saturday's game, Jessa Seewald, Ben Seewald, and Spurgeon Seewald rooted on the Arkansas Razorbacks.
During their stay in the United States, Jill and Derick have been spending time with family, assisting with preparations for Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo's wedding, as well as the upcoming marriage of Derick's brother, Dan Dillard, to Deena. The Dillards have also been taking courses and serving with local mission organizations. They recently chatted with international students at a University of Arkansas CRU event.
Seeking an opportunity to bond before Jinger's wedding and Jill's return to Central America, the Duggar sisters also took a short girls trip.

Ellie, do you know if Josh and Anna's family still lives with the Duggars? I was wondering because I see a lot of photos of their kids in the Duggar house. It would be interesting to know how they're doing.
ReplyDeleteHi there,
DeleteJosh and Anna are working on strengthening their marriage and family relationship and have not provided any updates. We will let you know if we receive an update. :)
Lily and Ellie
Thank you. I did find controversial Anna's choice to stay together, but I do respect them and I think that there must be such depth in such a decision, that I would find it really interesting if they shared more.
DeleteOn tonight's episode, they mentioned that Josh and Anna moved right down the street from the Duggars.
DeleteI miss watching the whole family, that's include cousin Amy. TLC should just filming the life of this big family (cooking, cleaning, playing...). It'll be interesting too if they were talking about their faith. Hope TLC read all the comments here. Thanks Lili and Ellie for your blog, it's the best!
ReplyDeleteHere we go again with the plastic silverware. Those who point out that there are too many kids and too many dishes to do if they didn't use disposable, then what's the reason Jill would be using plastic?
ReplyDeletePlastic utensils haven't been outlawed... YET...
DeleteWhat's it to you what kind of forks and spoons they use!!!
DeleteThat is definitely not plastic
DeleteLooks like she has a glass bowl and if the plastic silverware is heavy duty you can rewash it. I know that doesn't really make a lot of sense, but we ALWAYS rewash plastic silverware, because it's expensive here and we have a large family.
DeleteWith 7 children, 4 sons-in-law and 5 grandchildren we have 18 mouths to feed when we are all together and we never use paper/plastic ware. It's really not that hard when everyone works together to clean up.
DeleteGuess that answers where Josh & Anna are hiding out.
ReplyDeleteTHANK YOU that we are not so saturated with only the pictures of jill jessa and jinger..I was really feeling suffocated with only hearing about those 3 and not all the other Duggar children and family! How is Mary doing? Does Anna still live in the Jim Bob Duggar family home?
ReplyDeleteDo you know if the stuff about Toby Willis arrest is true?
ReplyDeleteI know you don't post on your Willis family blog so that so why I am asking here
Thanks
Of course it is true; it's all over the news.
DeleteI love to see siblings that are close to one another!
ReplyDeleteSpurgeon has so much hair now!
ReplyDeleteGlad to see the girls interacting with university students, and opening up to people who may be different then them. Being in university is a gift and I hope one day one of them can earn a degree :)
ReplyDelete-A senior in college
College sports are ok, but college isn't?!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how they justify watching college sports either. Cheerleaders, for one thing.
DeleteYou can pretend you're involved with a college thru the sports. But please don't ask to live there, roam the halls, or hear what the professors might have to say. That would not be wholesome.
DeleteIs something wrong with Marcus? His face just does not look right.
ReplyDeleteGood grief, would you tell any parent directly that their child "doesn't look right?"
DeleteWhy? Poor kid!
DeleteIt is nice to see the happiness and confidence in Anna and Josh's boys.
ReplyDeleteLittle Spurgeon is absolutely precious! Love those little curls and he is always dressed to the 9's! Heseems so happy! You are excellent parents Ben and Jessa!
ReplyDeleteso good to see many of the young kids!! miss them along with Jim Bob and Michelle on the show now. TLC needs to bring on ALL OF THE DUGGARS!! Josh included - you know he made a mistake and is working to better himself and be in God's will - so why does TLC continue to band him and other family members?! TLC cares more about being pc with the liberal haters than standing up for a family that has made them millions. I only watch TLC now to see the Duggars and refuse to give this network any ratings for their other shows. I wish the Duggars would move to another network - NRB, Inspiration, Hallmark - any of these would be better than TLC!
ReplyDeleteDid you ever think that maybe TLC had legal reasons for doing what they did? Like a morals clause in their contract with Josh? Like Josh created this problem himself? Your disappointment and name-calling should be directed elsewhere.
DeleteI love seeing them all. Like others I miss the younger ones as well. I miss their show so much. It is ashamed that the show was canceled because of one child. Let him deal with his life away for the show, but continue with the others. They are a precious family.
DeleteSo any news yet as to when Jingers wedding will take place...I'm assuming that Jill will be here for that before heading back. Also, Jill and Derrick have mentioned getting pregnant soon, so I take it the Zika virus is not that big a risk or concern to them.I wonder why no mention of it...i guess leaving it up to God is a chance they are willing to take, hmmmm, i really hope it turns out ok.

DeleteSadly, not only is the show slow and boring but this blog is too. All things run their coarse. Perhaps it's time for both to be done.
ReplyDeleteIf you're going to insult someone you might want to use correct words while doing so. Things run their course; they do not run a coarse.
DeleteThe show is one thing, but the blog is another. These women (Lily and Ellie) work hard to write fun, honest, informative posts for their loyal readers. That was an unnecessarily hurtful thing to say.
DeleteIf u don't like then maybe you best not partake in enjoying the show or the blog like the test of us fan still do...to each is own...just saying...lol blessings for sure.Cant wait for the show and more of this accurate and informative family friendly blog.😉🤗smiles all around😆
DeleteYou apparently are not aware of the huge fan base the show and this blog has. The only thing slow and boring was reading your ignorant post.
DeleteLOL!!!
DeleteJessa needs to take those clippers to her own hair and lop off a few feet herself. Is she aware that the sheer weight of her hair will cause her to lose hair up front and at the top? The weight of her hair is weakening her roots. The same goes for anyone who has ultra long hair.
ReplyDeleteI think the older Duggar girls's hair is very pretty. She doesn't need to "lop off" any hair at all. In the end she will do what she sees fit with her hair, just as you will do with yours what you want.
DeleteI agree for the weight causes me migraines, but that is up to them if they want to cut it off or not. I, personally, love Crystal Gayle. But I just can't pull it off.
DeleteToo late. It's already happened.
DeleteThis is a myth. There is such a thing as traction alopecia that applies to people wearing a pony tail or updo the same way in the same place everyday of their lives but this does not apply to healthy hair that is taken care of and allowed to flow free often. I've had long hair all of my life and I haven't cut my hair for 18 years- it is knee length and it is neither thin nor balding. I've never understood why people always make a big deal over someone choosing to have long hair. You saying she needs to cut it is the same pretense as if someone told you that you need to keep the scissors out of your hair and let it grow. And anyway, the bible teaches that your hair is your glory. There's nothing wrong with choosing to have long hair to honor him.
DeleteTo honor who?
DeleteYour shows have always been inspiring And is exactly what our young folks should be watching. It's to all's disadvantage that 19 Kids and Counting was removed from TV. It is my hope that it will show return. In the mean time, I am enjoying Jill and Jessa and am glad to see their entire family.
ReplyDeleteGod bless you abundantly!
Marie~
I love the Duggar, Dillard and Sewalds and love any and all news. I do very much miss the rest of the family, Michelle and Jim Bob too. Would love to see TLC reinstate the whole family!! Thank you for keeping us informed
ReplyDeleteTo the poster who says Jessa needs to "lop off a few feet" of her hair - Why? Just so the ends are slightly trimmed up, there is no reason she can't have 6 feet of hair if that's what she likes! Its very pretty and maybe she doesn't want short hair! Just saying! Leave her alone.
ReplyDeleteWhy so negative about her beautiful hair? My 30 yr. old daughter has beautiful long thick hair herself! When her hair gets to her waist, she cuts about 9 in. off.
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I am in agreement that both this blog and the show are flat as pancakes. Time to pack it up. The only thing we would be interested in is if and when Jana marries.
ReplyDeleteYou are speaking for yourself. If you need to "pack it up" that's ok that YOU do that. But remember, there are many many people who enjoy this blog and the work that Ellie and her mother put into this!Myself included! I am interested in anything that Ellie updates us on with the Duggar and extended families!
DeleteI think that this blog is too apologetic of the Duggars' extreme behavior, but I have to aknowledge Lily and Ellie's honesty in publishing almost every comment and not shying away from an olen discussion.
DeleteThanks for the pictures of the little ones. Jordyn and Johanna look so pretty and alike. Josie looks cute with her ponytail. Ellie and Lily you do a great job with this blog.
ReplyDeleteJoan,Marion and Marilyn
God bless Jordyn, she never looks happy in pictures
ReplyDeleteI would love to see the show back on TLC! No family is perfect. I would have liked for everything to have been shown, through the good and bad. It's reality T.V. And they have always been an amazing family. I've always enjoyed watching the show and people can critic everything about them. Life is life and God will always pull you through, at the end of the day, it's what you want. If people don't like what they are seeing, then change it. There's a lot on tv. Get over it!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE THE DUGGAR'S!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE the Counting on show!!!
Love this blog about the DUGGAR'S!!!!
so good to see some of the little kids!!! really miss them and ALL the DUGGARS on the new show. TLC should bring back 19 kids with ALL of the family - also really miss jim bob and michelle anchoring the show.
ReplyDeleteI am so happy for Jinger and Jeremy. I pray God's blessings upon your lives.
